Rich Hotel

Pros +

• The Manager Daniel, qas very courteous and accomodating when there was a power putage.
• The accommodation was good value for the money. The bed was nice, aircon was working. Staff was nice and helpful. Restaurant was good. I stayed there twice for one night on each stay. I think for few nights it is a very good accommodation.
• Rich Hotel is an excellent place to stay at. Given its location near the hustle and bustle of Arusha town, the facilities far exceeded my expectations. The staff were professional and spoke good English. The hotel has a working lift and the rooms were impeccably clean with both cold and warm water flowing throughout my stay. The beds, mattresses and linen were all great. Apart from the nearby mosque where there is an occasional prayer call over a megaphone, the hotel is generally quiet and peaceful. The manager even helped us with changing our money at the forex. Grace, the lady we found at the reception was super helpful and very professional.

Cons -

• The shoqer bead was a bit off
• I think it would be useful to have towel for the bathroom as when I showered the water went everywhere, but it dried quickly. Otherwise, all was good.
• I would have loved to watch some football on my bedroom TV but there was no cable TV during our stay.
