Very nice and friendly stuff, good breakfast. We could store some luggage with them for free during hiking and safari. A very good base is Arusha.

Liked only the cereal option.

Other options very poor, bananas over ripe and bruised only suitable for making banana cake. Bread for toasting was not nice. Toaster took too long to toast the bread. No orange juice available or had run out. Coffee was average.

Difficult to get right temperature from cold and hot water mix in shower.

That in the center of town. Most comfortable bed we've had in Africa. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Free shuttle bus to the airport is very good for early departure and late arrival! Centrally located with many restaurants around!

I stayed less than two days and there were 3 cockroaches on our room.The place is very old, I would pay $30USD for a place like this

The Equator is a comfortable hotel at a good price. It is in a good location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and near the Maasai Market. The breakfast is great and the hotel restaurant is good for other meals.

Spacious room with a view over the garden. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was exceptional.

The reception area is dull and gives a poor first impression

Great staff Team, food was excellent and very well located. Gardens were well tended and the Hotel although retro was clean, tidy and spacious!

The location was great - right next to an ATM and very conveniently located in the middle of Arusha's downtown. The breakfast was amazing, lots of fresh options! The room was simple but comfortable and the staff was really kind and helpful.

The bathroom could use some more ventilation so it doesn't stay damp

Bath shower hot and cold water was a bit temperamental but staff helped & we were only there for one night.

The room was okay, has an old setting but it was clean. The location is bad, noisy. Breakfast needs a little more options.
