New Charity Hotel International

I love staying here because the staff is so accommodating and friendly. Everything is kept clean and requests are handled with immediacy and a great attitude! It feels like coming home to family each time I stay.

Breakfast was good they had variety and good servings.The garden was great quite mature very relaxing.The staff were friendly.

The location was ok though the road to access it was not good and the properties around it were not so good.We expected a swimming pool it would be a welcome addition.The toiletry especially tissue were of very low quality.

Small TV, no channels. No shower. Poor WiFi. Noise from the corridors and ground floor

Friendly Staff. We had a mishap on the first day of stay but the hotel upgraded us for the remainder of the stay at no extra charge.

First day we arrived our booked room was double booked and we had a downgraded room. It was not a good experience.

Breakfast was delicious, juices were natural and yummy. The pumpkin soup was nice.The team serving was polite and helpful. However there is need to include more variety like cereals, desserts etc

The price, facilities are old no maintenance

I keep returning to this property because the staff are so, so thoughtful and kind! The location is a nice little retreat very convenient to the city. And there are good restaurants nearby to grab a meal away from the property.

The road leading back to the property is in dire need of some attention. But, I also know that this is common virtually everywhere in Arusha.

This is a perfect hotel to stay while in Arusha. The room has everything one can wish for and the staff is very friendly. It has a beautiful garden and very good food. I would definitely recommend to stay here when you visit Arusha.

The staff promised everything but did nothing.We spent a lot of time without electricity and - as a result, also water. The hotel generator worked for a while, but then it didn't.Wifi mostly didn't work even when there was electricity.The hotel manager, mr.Hassan didn't even take that much time to explain the situation.... the only think, what he did well was that he gave ua a contact for safari guide, which was excellent. He also promised (by message through Booking.com) cheaper transport from/to airport that it was.

The Garden

The rooms aren't well maintained. There was an ongoing construction and the wall next to my room was ever knocking.

The breakfast was fair but if you delay, you get remains. Then I couldn’t be served with the tea requested.

The property is run down. Very poor maintenance. The bathroom was not very clean, mixture for cold/ hot water not working, low water pressure. Some attention need to be given to the rooms.

Peaceful place. Friendly staff. Cleaning staff are doing a great job!

The shower is a little bit destroyed, but we still managed to shower.

AC was working, so my room was warm. The hotel provided me with slippers. The hotel provided toothpaste and toothbrush. I liked it.

I ordered my meal but it was not ready until 2 hours later. However, the cook apologized. The hotel didn't provide body wash or shampoo in the bathroom.

Relatively easy to find and the staff were nice and welcoming.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was pretty poor. The wifi also barely worked and the breakfast wasn’t very good.

Incredible landscape and garden ,Helpfull staff,They can arranged your safari trips .

Good size rooms. We got a massage in our room, which was nice.

Service for dinner was exceptionally slow. The hotel was the old charity hotel, the new one that we had booked was not yet built!

The location is not too far from centre in a more quiet area, even a little bit hidden. They have a beautiful garden, where it is nice to rest from the busy town. The suites are spacious with balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Again and again there was some technical noise at night, I suppose it is a water pressure pump. Breakfast quite simple, and the breakfast room is dark and ugly (but you can take your food into the garden).

Nice hotel with a lovely garden in a very dry part of Arusha - a little oasis!Friendly staff, and they serve good food.Spacious rooms, maybe a bit dated bus ot has his charmes.

A swimming pool would be soooooooooo great! ?You can't get any alcohol in the hotel (but they'll buy some in the street for you)You can walk to town center but be prepared for a nice hike

Big room, big bathroom. Staff was friendly. Hotel restaurant was decent for breakfast & dinner. Overal very decent value for money.We had a very nice view of mount meru.

Bathroom had a bit of a weird smell at times. Shower was just a showerhead above a bathtub which didn't work that great.Laundry was expensive.
