- We ordered 2 juice and the fruits were not ribe. We got charged for those juices which is already not a very friendly hospitality, as we couldnt drink them (tasted almost rotten). But it got worse: before checkout the receptionist wanted to charge us the full room price again - besides the fact that we paid via booking.com, which is clearly visible in the reservation. They closed the gate and didnt wanted to let us out. We had multiple receipts from booking.com and after discussions we were allowed to go.Would never stay again and as a hotellier I can say: One of the worst stays ever.

Great time in this resort. Room was clean and big then normally in Europe. Breakfast to 10am every day changed menu. Gate to resort entry all time in guardian. Nice New Year Eve with local staff.

Front office did not get me the WiFi password on the first night.The hotel did not seem to know of my booking/arrival, so they put me in a "reserve room" for the first night, but very neatly moved my stuff to another room the next day. The reserve room toilet/shower was not clean.

Breakfast wasn't reasonable compared to the price on B&B. More options on protean and fruits will be great.
The staff were really nice. We were served dinner by Peter, and he was a very happy and respectful guy. The food was really nice.
The rooms didn't smell very fresh. We had to move from the room we had booked into a twin room. They need to do more to keep the rooms fresh.
