The mattresses are comfortable.

The hotel staff are rude, including the supervisor! TVs don't work! The Internet does not work! No HOT WATER in the showers!

The room was clean and spacious; the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and fast to respond to requests. The food at breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive to our needs and handled my children well.

I love the location; right in the middle of everything in Nyeri Town; making evening walks pure bliss since I can easily get back to the hotel. The parking (especially adjacent to the reception/ rooms) is spacious, offering an amazing view of the extensive greenery that surrounds the rest of Nyeri. The extra blanket and the water heating jug (plus complementary tea/coffee) were an absolute lifesaver (given how chilly it could get at night in July).Friendly and helpful staffs, swift check-in and check-out, spacious room with a fantastic view... sleeping here was great.Conference Facilities: I have used White Rhino's conference packages before, and they have executive halls, and their dining experience is awesome.

The Internet and TV navigation. Good thing I always have my connectivity, and as long as the TV is HDMI-compliant, I can connect my gadgets and watch my stuff on the big screen.

Receptionist Eunice she took time to listen to my concerns and acted on them. She also allowed me to be part of the decision I felt seen.

Hot water was an issue at the beginning, interment was so slow.

the bedroom is quiet, the bed is large and comfortable. at the restaurant, the staff is competent and kind. The food is up to the place.

bathroom with only one large towel per person and a small tube of soap. Water not hot enough. No bidet or hand shower. While you shower, water spills onto the bathroom floor. Bedroom not sufficiently lit.

Clean and nice caring staff. Was also there 31 December and the fire works to usher in 2025 were some of the best I have seen

No air-conditioning or even a fan available which is a huge disappointment given the cost of the room and Hotel standard.Bedside light was not working and was even broken.

The place is next to the town & rather quiet. Rooms are spacious & clean. Breakfast hours are fantastic especially when you are on holiday & with kids who want to enjoy a good sleep. Very welcoming staff across the board

Excellent staff. Very responsive. Hotel is very convenient to Nyeri town. 5 .inute walk to the town center. Good value for money. Again, excellent staff!

Rooms are big and extravagant. Though not brand new, it seems the place was ahead of time.

Know your customer is quite asking, but accomodative.Carry your own showegel, the small bottle there is good for one side of your body ?

Rooms are very spacious clean and modern. the bed was very comfortable and the room had a great view. i also enjoyed breakfast. the breakfast staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Overall i had a great experience.

there's not much to complain about here. I was told that the hotel could not match the Booking.com price automatically so i had to book through Booking.com. that was a very minor inconvenience and i was able to complete the booking in seconds.

Easy to find on the major highways. Excellent hotel facilities with spacious modern rooms. Food, bars are world class with polite , friendly and dedicated staff.

Clean & spacious rooms. Hot, powerful shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food is good and staff attentive.

The exterior of building looks tired and gives the wrong impression there’s more of the same inside. Restaurant is a bit tired and too dark. Bathrooms in restaurant in need of remodel - beginning with adding a toilet seat in men’s room!

The location is excellent, though Google maps (management!) tried to send us to the wrong side of the building.

Pity the old hotel part was not renovated in its earlier style

Location is good, it's almost the only up-market hotel close to the center of the town. Rooms are clean, shower is good (you do have to wait long for hot water to come through).

The breakfast can be a lot better. It's towards the rudimentary and sitting in the basement, like in a cave isn't helping.

The staff were great ,very friendly and they gave us a reason to visit the hotel again.The breakfast was on another level,lots of variety to choose from and nicely cooked n delicious. The rooms are fresh,neat ,spotless, and well organised.

Only that the bed at my room was squeaky

Georgina and Eunice at reception were exceptional and very welcoming. They went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was satisfactory. We initially had issues with the booking and Georgina seamlessly resolved the issue. The hotel is in a good location and rooms are spacious.

Wambui at reception was very rude and it looked like we bothered her when we asked for advice about the area or raised any concerns or asked questions about the hotel. Hot water was switched off by the hotel at 9.00am - boiler issues - therefore was not possible to have a hot shower. The TV did not work and internet kept breaking down. We were informed the reason was because the hotel was full and they did not have capacity to cater for a full house. Facilities are good but dated and in need of maintenance and repair.

It’s a landmark hotel. We specially appreciated the old parts.

Manager very poor, Couldn't solve simple clients queries, like 3 while me standing there.He ren away and switched his phone off.

The rooms were nice and well planned out with a private parking. Front staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great with a taste of African cuisine.

They should create outdoor and indoor entertainment.
