The hotel has beautiful views, a good breakfast, great shower, air conditioning, good service from staff, and was very quiet.

The restaurant did not have any food that I tried to order. Half of the menu is Indian food (which I love) but then I was told that no Indian food was available. I attempted to order a starter - nothing. I left without anything. Very disappointing.The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

We liked the place so much that we would come back again for working 6 months there together with the nice staff.

Loved being on the lake. The staff at the restaurants and bar was amazing.

The mattress was a little to firm.

The breakfast was wonderful. not like a continental breakfast, but a full blown with even someone there to cook omelettes.

They won't let you bring any food or drink onto the grounds from the outside. Like a bottle of wine for you to share in your room with a few snacks.

Great location, clean and well maintained daily. Professional staff and pay attention to details, go beyond extra mile to satisfy customers. Food is fresh and delicious. My husband and I had a great time at Tilapia, will recommend to others.

We did not realize the rooms have a safe locker till the last day, however the place is safe and secure.

Breakfast was not the most varied I've ever had but was decent. The restaurant and breakfast room being open to the lake was very good. The management found me a room with a lakeside view which I wanted but had not expected. Staff were all great.

I liked the ambiance, familiair environment, and the view. Fantastic.

Rooms need updating. Looks a little tired and outdated. Our balcony chairs were not very comfortable. Bathroom was missing a shower curtain.

Very nice hotel. Located directly at Lake Victoria. Very friendly and helpful employees.

Nothing to complain about. Food was good. But looks like its not usual to order a icecream desert because the presentation was not good compared to the other food. It was almost funny to see a big portion of icecream pressed in a glass.

Beautiful room, had a nice balcony with a lovely view of the lake. The tv wasn’t working but I was able to call and someone came to fix this issue quickly.
