- The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff were extremely helpful. The food was very good and the onsen was great.

- The building needs some serious renovations. The room smelled like mold and there were dust mites in our room which made our stay very uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was not so good as well. Overall the price for this stay was not worth it a all HUGE RIP OFF
- The pillows were very hard but the staff provided us with extra softer pillows which was very much appreciated. The building is not in the best of condition and could do with a major refurb but we still enjoyed our stay.
