Very near to the station. Staffs are friendly.

Water faucet a bit too old. Could be a bit of mistake when switching between the basin and shower.

I liked that the hotel was within walking distance from the station, making it really convenient to get around. On top of that, the stay was quite affordable compared to other options nearby, so it felt budget-friendly without compromising comfort.

I didn’t like the strong smoking smell inside the building. Even though inside the room it was still manageable, the corridor had a very heavy smoke odor. Also, there seemed to be a lot of fine dust particles around, which made me sneeze often. For people with dust allergies, this could be a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Location is good. Horrible breakfast. Didn't took as vegetarian was not available.

Old TV channel selection was not friendly in Japanese. Brakefirst Curry was old enough to get me heartburn all day.I hit bathroom gaps . Room setting was poor . Won't recommend and never stay again. It's suprisde taking this booking.com .

Excellent breakfast and excellent location close to train, bus and shops. Comfortable and suitable for a budget stay.

This hotel is all about location! You can't really get any closer to Nagano station, and that is great! It is a basic business hotel beyond that, and that is just fine. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

There was only one major downside. My heater could not combat the cold in winter! During the day, it was warm. But during the night, I was so cold! If you have a companion that is less of a problem I am sure. It made it hard to sleep. During a different season it would be better maybe.

Staff are friendly and accommodating, room is very cozy and breakfast served is simple yet delicious. Very short walk from JR Nagano station and there is a Family Mart and a Donki nearby in case you need to grab something to eat/drink at night

This place is so close to the station! It's wonderfully convenient for travel planning, and for the record the nearby Don Quixote also has a big supply of cheap travel supplies like phone chargers if you're in a pinch. The breakfast was also great; I wouldn't usually have curry for breakfast but in the middle of winter it became a fun routine. The hotel is also well heated, and the wifi works fantastically. The staff could speak both English and Japanese and were very accommodating. The room was a great size for me as a solo traveller, so I think the double rooms could comfortably fit two people. The elevator was handy for having a big suitcase.

Beds are worn out. The bathrooms are outdated.

It's very near to the JR Nagano Station. Pillows were soft, bed were clean.

Humidifier could be rented at the lobby. The complimentary breakfast options was a bit less than expectation..

The room was degrading a bit and needed some repairs. Didn't impact function of anything, but not overly nice to look at holes in the walls/doors

Good for budget stay at Nagano, for couples, even during busy periods like the Christmas! Breakfast is fine. Location is very good. Staff is courteous.

The lighting in the room could have been much better, specially near the entrance where mirror is there. Toilet seat was cold. For a place like Nagano, it should have been warm. Charging point near the bed.

Seren Sadiksha was working the reception desk when arrived. She was helpful making my stay in Nagano a success.

Couldn't get into the restaurant attached either night. Old and a bit dinghy. Guy who signed us on was very rude and extremely grumpy - almost aggressive. Crappy location with train rattling passed every 2 minutes in amongst building sites.

Maybe a little bit of variety in daily breakfast like add some eggs or butter for a change.

Breakfast, as we don’t eat pork, we expected continental items, but no butter , no jam

the bed was very comfortable and there was an air humidifier/purifier. Great location, close to the station, free breakfast (basically just curry but it's tasty so it's a win).

Free continental breakfast of coffee/tea, bread rolls and juice. Great location, just around the corner from the station but quiet. Older hotel with an enjoyable retro feel.

Facilities could certainly use some sprucing up, such as fresh paint.

There was nothing wrong (unlike WBF which had faulty USB charging), I was comfortable and the TV played YouTube (unlike Apa), the location was exceptional.

Location was perfect for an early departure to the train station.

The breakfast was very basic. But for $75 AUD a night what’s not to like.
