Hakuba Park Hotel

The staff was very attentive, helpful and courteous. We had many requests and they went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. Thank you very much for making our vacation in Hakuba wonderful!We never tried the dinner but we definitely didn’t miss breakfast on our 4 day stay, everything was delicious!

Great breakfast! Lovely hosts!

Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work once I washed my clothes but the host gave me a clothes hanger and all got dried in our room.

Breakfast food was not really edible for westerners, the location was ok if you wanted to ski at only one resort, but a long way from all the others.

The hotel has a shuttle bus, but I did not see it move even though I asked for a lift with the kids and was repaired to pay

Located super close to the shuttle as well as to the mountain in general. Tucked away from a lot of the noise of the mountain. The staff are incredible as well

The bathrooms were a little small

It was cosy and warm, the staff were friendly and helpful. It is an excellent location for Snow lovers a 10-minute walk to Hakuba goryu.

The place is basic and a little elderly nothing is broken just a little worn.

Transport between ski resorts not great at times. Taxis often unavailable although could get an uber but very expensiveAlso we were give a room on lower floor which was dark and a little dampI asked to change it but was denied. Disappointing as this was second year we had stayed there.

The location of this hotel is great for those looking to hit the Goryu slopes early or walk to food/drinks late.

The singular small drying machine is quite weak and needs multiple cycles to properly dry clothes.

Close proximity to Hakuba Goryu, Iimori & Hakuba 47 ski resorts with free shuttle bus to & from the ski resorts.Friendly & helpful staff.Free shuttle bus to transport luggage to/from Hakuba Goryu bus stop.Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of variety.Discount lift tickets.Value for money.

We stayed in a Japanese style room and my wife & I found the futons very uncomfortable - the kids were OK so maybe it's just because we're getting older! Not complaining because we knew what to expect but the beds were very hard after a full day's skiing.The toilet/shower room was extremely small - definitely not suitable for large people and only one person at a time can squeeze in.

Excellent location for access to Goryu Ski Field. The breakfast has a lot of options and was delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly and answered all of our questions. Having breakfast at the hotel was handy as well as pickup and drop off from the bus

There's an onsen in the hotel which it's so good after skiing. Free use of washing machine and small charge for dryer.Very good location. About 10 minutes walk to Escale Plaza and plenty restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly. Good breakfast.

We stayed at the standard room rather than the Japanese style bedroom. It's quite small inside and the bathroom is very tight. There's a common toilet which is more spacious. We used the onsen instead of showering inside our room. The bed was too hard for me but my husband found it comfy.

Good breakfast. Great hospitality. Convenient location walkable to ski and many restaurants. Discounted lift tickets amazing treat (125 for 3 days - WOW). The lady at front desk (Chen Ting Hsui) amazed us with her hospitality and level of service. Give her a raise!!!

Pillows in twin room could have been softer. Beds very firm. However makes sense given price point.

Location, Meals in house were a plus, lift tickets in house was a plus, Onsen bus each day was a plus.

the only down side was the inflexibility of dinner bookings if you forgot to book on time.

we stay this hotel 4 days for ski in Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort.this hotel is not far away this resort.The service is nice and speaking English is no problem.

location was fantastic shuttle bus straight up to Goryu runs every 20 mins. huge drying room, Brekky included and was decent.

the rooms are in need of an update. beds were very hard and the bathroom was very small and compact.

Wonderful staff and breakfast.All the staff went out of their way to assist, even discounting our stay after we were delayed at the airport and had a difficult time getting there highly recommend only 500 m from the first Goryu lifts great little eateries around as well all within walking distance

not much. Little bit small /basic but you expect that in Japan.

The owner and staff. Location is superb, right next to Goryu Escale Plaza and Iimori resort.

Breakfast is limited between 7-8am only and dinner between 6-7pm only.Property is being let down a bit

Beds and pillows were rock hard, the shuttle was hard to work with, and confusion with onsen the hotel works with and the japanese bath available at the hotel.
