Is within minutes walk to the Nagano Train Station which has plenty of restaurant and shopping area, Is extremely conveninet, can't go wrong.

Breakfast choices is louzy and there are only 2 selection if choose Wendy.

Bed was pretty firm. They have softer pillows in the lobby which is nice.

Great location, great room size and very comfortable bed. For the breakfast, you can choose a burger from Wendy's and have some food and drinks at the hotel.

Close to the Shinkansen

At night they were working across the street until 02:30 AM. Nobody in the hotel could explain why, level of English was non excistent

Great location, very close to Nagano Station and bus stops to local attractions such as Zenkoji Temple and Togakushi. Hotel was very clean and the twin bedroom was slightly bigger than others in the same price range. Breakfast was very good, though more on the western style. If you're looking for a traditional Japanese breakfast, you won't find it here. They also have a partnership with a Wendy's in the same building. You can order something from there and eat it in the breakfast area along with the hotel's regular breakfast. Besides Wendy's, they have a partnership with a sushi restaurant called Tomizushi, where guests get a 10% discount. You can access the restaurant from inside the hotel, which is great on colder nights. They also give free donuts for guests who check-in between 3 and 5 pm, which was nice! Coffee and tea are always available in the reception for free. And last but not least, the staff was very friendly, gentle and helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Nagano!

The room size is big for two twin beds..The room is bright with a generous two windows. Breakfast is adequate I like Wendy's burgers.. Easy access to the station and plenty of restaurant options.

Some (mild) sewerage smell from the toilet bowl after flashing..

Small room

The location is great. Bathtub was big enough to soak in.

There was only a mattress topper on the bed, with a sheet over the mattress topper. There was no bed sheet that covered the entire mattress.

It’s a very simple, self-sufficient hotel. Not luxurious, yet not the least bit uncomfortable. Just compact. And in a good spot, about 300 meters from the train station. The staff were also very effective and friendly. So great for a one night hit while transiting to Kyoto.

The breakfast caters more to Japanese tastes than it does North Americans. But good. The free coffee was pretty bad (weak and yet bitter).

The location was convenient to sights in Nagano and to the train station. The room was a good size and clean. The staff was ready to help the moment we came in

The bathroom required a hefty step up.
