Breakfast. Staff booked a taxi for me and were very helpful in general. Really good restaurant nearby
No public transport from the station so you have to take a taxi or walk along the highway 45mn.
Convenient and good location, drive 10 min to Karuizawa Snow resort. LAWSON Convenient store is located next to the hotel by walk 3 min. The building is little bit old, but inside the building is renovated, and clean room. Japanese staff reception is very friendly, and helpful. Free parking. Overall excellent, better than my expectation, will definitely stay again! ありがとうございます。
Room was good and clean. Staff behaviour was also good.
It’s bit far away from Karuizawa station. And if you are travelling after 6 pm there will be no bus and you have to walk from station to the hotel.
Value for money was exceptional. If the cost was 3x then my feeling would be much different. For this price range, cleanliness is the most important factor and the room was very clean.
No beer vending machine.
Very clean, Nice staff, Perfect location.
Bed was uncomfortable.
Rooms are comfortable.
It’s far from the Karuizawa Station snd no proper transportation available including Taxi.we went as family of 10 members 6 Adults and 4 Children. In -4 degrees temperatures snd no street lights we walked 2.3 KM in the night . It was horrible experience with children. ?
Been staying for couple of times. Location is good as it isn’t too far away from the station. Room size is also ok.
Bed was rock hard. It gave me a backache. I got up during the middle of the nights several times. Please install topper for your guests please.
Spacious parking
The room size is very small. Not able to move or sit. Very cramp
Clean and very well maintained.
Pillows are hard and small. Did not sleep well on it.
It’s a very welcoming hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean room and well maintained. Had a good stayed. Lots of parking lots.
It’s a bit of inconvenience for those who don’t drive.
Great facilities and attentive staff.
The bed was the worst part of our stay. It would be great if there was an adapter or plug in the room that provides USB ports for charging your devices.
The location is a 15-min walk from the Karuizawa station. The breakfast was good for the money I paid. Very healthy choices and tasty.
The aircon timed out and I woke up very hot. It wasn’t a problem, I just opened the window.
It was clean BUT
The bed was as hard as a rock. We woke up so many times because it was uncomfortable. Literally we were checking the time wishing it was a decent time to check-out. We went to Karuizawa to relax and as soon as we left the hotel we went straight to buy a coffee because we were exhausted.
Room is quite big. It is at town center and about 1km from outlet. Ice machine and amenities are available at lobby. Bathroom is also quite big.
Personnel was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were very nice.
A bit out from prince snow ski station and train station but we took taxi. There is also a bus but not too often.
Spacious rooms and breakfast included
Distance from the ski resort if you are going on public transport you will need a 25 minute walk going to the outlet stores and central transportation. Feasible though but not applicable for elders and with children in the tour.
Breakfast was about 7 out of 10Staff friendly and very helpful They made special effort to help us as we did not know Japanese
