Cons -
- I couldn't control the thermostat in my room thus it was too hot and dry. Therefore, I had to open the window - then I can hear the nightlife very clearly. I had to sleep with earplugs on, but still too noisy.
- We walked from the Subway and had difficulty finding the hotel. The higher level signs did not say Dubai. Not sure we mastered the air con.

Great location, comfortable room, huge bath.
A little noisy at times.
If you like to be around a vibrant night life with great restaurants. bars and clubs around, this is a great place. While there was a lot going on in the night, the room has a great soundproof system as we didn't hear any noise. The room is super spacious and 12 min walking from the metro station. Our room had a massage chair and bath tub (junior suite). The bath tub was a great surprise, spacious and with jets. The breakfast buffet was small but it had everything that you need to start the day, a mix of western and Korean dishes was also offered.
We booked a junior suite with a massage chair and while we did get the room, the massage chair was kept in really poor condition, it did worked though but you could see the chair was beyond it's good years.
The room was very large with lots of space for our suitcases and backpacks and lots of air conditioning which you definitely want when traveling in South Korea in July with high temperatures and humidity! Our hotel room came with a little living room area with a couch and a small table as well as a desk and computer. We didn't use the computer since we had our smartphones. Each room had its own wi-fi which worked fine - something I saw in other hotels in South Korea that we stayed at as well. The furnishings gave everything a bit of a luxurious vibe. The two elevators in the hotel meant we didn't have to wait too long. The breakfast was included in the price and comprehensive. We loved getting to eat Korean food every morning but also have some western breakfast options and coffee drinks. They give you vouchers for breakfast when you check in so don't lose them! Hotel guests had 2 1/2 hours to get breakfast which was good. They had hotel parking for guests but we didn't use it as we didn't rent a car.
About a 20 minute drive from the train station - probably felt longer because we arrived at night (8:30 p.m.) from Seoul and were exhausted having flown into Incheon just 1 1/2 days before AND having done a strenuous DMZ tour the morning of the train ride. Breakfast area of the hotel was a bit cramped. Our window didn't really have a view so we just kept the blinds closed. We also had a wet bathroom which I really didn't want and probably didn't realize would be included when doing the booking. The toilet and shower were connected though there was ample space between the two and the ventilation in our hotel room was sufficient that it dried overnight after one of us took a shower. I found the mattress too hard though my husband liked it. And there's a bit of a "plastic" vibe around the place. Finally, while it was nice to be located very close to the airport, in retrospect, I wish I had booked a place downtown so that I could be closer to historical sites and shopping. However, our hotel was located close and within walking distance to a huge Lotte store and also a Kyobo Book Centre which had items I didn't find elsewhere during our Korea trip so I'm a bit torn on this. There were bars around the hotel and restaurants but we didn't wind up going to any of them since we were meeting up each day with a friend downtown the days we were in Gwangju and then coming back to the hotel and crashing.
+Better facilities and set up than expected. +A quick and smooth check in. +Central location to, if you so choose, walk to every meaningful location in town. (party area, cultural, nature etc)
-Awful instantly crumbling toilet paper. Even by Korean standards. If you so much as look at it moist, it's sticking to you in small round nuggets.
Everything perfect!! We came just for an overnight but it was a very pleasant stay! Parking, nice modern and big room for 4 people, comfortable beds, very nice breakfast too. Many good restaurants just across the street.
The hotel looked nice and so did the room. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and it was nice to have a styler wardrobe in the room. The breakfast was nice and the hotel was located in a nice interesting area. It was easy enough to get to from the airport.
Just a small detail of the taps on the bath being marked incorrectly. The hot water came out from the "C" tap and the cold water came out from the "H" tap on the bathtub.
Room was clean and comfortable. Great amenities included. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety. A good place to stay for the price.
Location is good for younger people looking to experience authentic South Korean restaurant/lifestyle.Close to memorial park. Also staff were very unobtrusive.
The shower leaked water into the toilet cubicle, making it necessary to stack towels to inhibit walking in water in toilet area.Staff tried to help.
Comfortable and large room! Very friendly staff. Left some belongings behind and they provided a delivery service
It is quite a luxury hotel, with all sorts of amenities and facilities. Very spacious room, bathtub, shower in a separate room from the bathtub, excellent bed and LG clothes styling device in the room.
Surprisingly there were no curtains on the window so in the early morning the room was bright. Night clubs on the same street and very loud music till 8am (I stayed there on Friday night), not sure how is it on other days of the week.
First the room was nice and clean. Secondly the location is so close to restaurants and more. Lastly, breakfast was delicious.^^
Good, clean, well equipped and comfortable rooms. Free parking.Location is very good.
Breakfast was average but location was not to our liking. More suitable for younger people as lots of bars and clubs nearby but a long way from the Metro

The breakfast was great, many options and delicious food.
The beds had plastic under the sheets, making them feel like hospital beds, very uncomfortable and cheap solution for the quality of the hotel overall. The night clubs in the area make it impossible to keep the windows open at night, but once closed, they insulated great and it was quiet in the room.
The deluex double room is big. It has a yacuzi-type bathtub with hydromassage. In addition to a desk, mirror, refrigerator, television, electric kettle...etc...very nice and complete. The hotel is quiet and the staff is very friendly. We love the room and the hotel. It is very close to the 5.18 park and a ten minute walk from the subway. The area has many bars and restaurants.
We liked the hotel and the room. The breakfast was rather Korean, but there was still bread, coffee, butter, fruit... there was no cheese, but it was ok.
I have scheduled 5 people for ten days of travel and booked all stays through Booking.com Unfortunately Dubai requires us to pay an extra person fee for 5th person in 4 person room. When I booked it shows 5 passengers and I would expect it would be booked 5. It didn't warn that one person would pay extra. I was disappointed to pay an extra payment for one person. Otherwise, the hotel was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and the location was just the center of where I had to work.
breakfast is good, the place is clean, parking is available, no complaines
I had to leave early than planned, ( 8 out of 10 nights) the disapoinment was that they refused to refund for the nights i did not stay. although it was nice , will not return, this policy does not meet business travels that need some flexability
