- The hotel maids spoke English and were very accommodating. The Staff were also able to check us in much earlier than their normal time. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the value was excellent.

Cons -
- The 7th floor must be close to a bar or a music room because at night there was music playing outside, but the windows were able to silence most of it.
- Noise easily travels throughout the hotel (this is a Korea-wide problem). Issues arose with the room above us being very noisy past midnight - staff responded appropriately and the noise stopped ^^.
