It’s good value for a room, breakfast, and location. I switched it from deluxe room which is much better.

It’s better to get deluxe room. I switched to basic single room and remote control didn’t work well. So I had to switch it. Also window had a small gap which increased the noise level

Hotel has a Complimentary Breakfast which is basic but it’s a value considering the price - cook your own unlimited eggs and ramen provided, bread, coffee, & juices. Bathroom & showers are clean and with a big shower heads

The room was nice. Airy and spacious.Breakfast was simple but nice. Good coffee too.

Professional. Wireless charger. Clean facilities. Beds were comfortable. TV was huge!

The hotel is quite good. It is located in a big city, but not in the center, so you can reach it without a lot of traffic jams. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, also a pretty big supermarket. The rooms are clean, the staff nice and the beds comfortable. The rooms are well sound-proofed. There is a parking lot at the hotel, when we were there it had free spaces - but if it does not, there is another one close by. The next street from the hotel is interesting - it is a street with only hotels on it. But generally the area is quiet.

The breakfast is at a crazy early time, we wanted to come eat but never managed to wake up. The staff generally speak very limited English, sometimes making communication difficult.

While it was located a bit further from the city center than expected, everything else was much better than my expectation. Room was clean, quiet, spacious, and had even a styler.

While free breakfast was okay, cafeteria was relatively small and crowded. I wish guests would be allowed to take food to the room when no tables are available.

I liked everything about this hotel. Bed, breakfast, location, parking, staff, ammenities, etc.

Breakfast was not super extensive but had nice options! You could either have toast with eggs/jam, ramen, porridge, or some cornflakes with milk and there was orange juice! Rooms were very pretty and clean with a big, comfortable bed. Bathroom was also very neat and a comfortable shower.

The lights from the temperature and light apparatus in the room were way too bright and there was no way to turn them off. Eventually we just covered it up with face masks, but it would have been nice if we could have just turned it off. It is not located the most efficiently if you want to see Gwangju, but as we had a car and mostly were visiting places outside Gwangju it was fine.
