Pros +
- Staff really tried to accommodate me.
Cons -
- My room was on the third floor (there are 4 floors), no elevator. I was having difficulty with heart or lung problems, so they offered me a smoky room on the ground floor. They allowed me to cancel the second night of my reservation.
