The location and Seaview is grear.

My room was not cleaned the next day, even the day I got in the toilet wasn't clean.Their breakfast is not great, with Tanga being renowned for the best cooking,it's rather disappointin.The music noise at night was terrible.The receptionist I found at night on the day of check wasn't helpful and was rude. Doesn't smile to customers.

The location of the resort and the gardening area is very well maintained.

Not having 2 keys since I was with my wife and the elevator requires a key to up and down therefore we had to go out together and come back together

I liked the ambience, especially during late afternoon and evening.I liked the live band on 31 March.I liked the food.I did not like;No beachSteps that can make one trip and fall.Substandard toilet paper.

The staff are not welcoming, very unproffessional handling guests, they misplaced my room card and wanted to charge me for it ! The amenities in the rooms do not match with the price they charge

this hotel is really ruined everywhere . really bad service . the play area for children is very dangerous for children but they let everyone play there .. chairs and umbrellas are ruined . there is no water for toilet and shower .. we are incredibly disappointed with this hotel . we booked a room with a view of the sea garden and pool but we could not see any of it .. tanga beach .. where is the beach and the view of it ? .. this hotel should not cost more than 30 dollars but it costs 130 . we have been to hotels that cost 60 dollars which are much better

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was bet nice.

Needs a little upkeep. Some outlets didn't work, the tub leaked a little.

Quite location near the ocean! The view of the ocean from my Suite #15 in the 4th floor was incredible!

Room service charges were slightly expensive for some reasons!

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. Was however clean throughout.

The restaurant, the quality of the food is not reflecting the quality and service of the hotel.

The hotel is very well maintained, clean and very good hospitality from all the staff. I also like the food, very delicious food and 24/7 room service.

Had a diverse breakfast buffet. Room was good but hot; fortunately a quiet air conditioner remedied that. Staff went out of our way to make us comfortable, both in the restaurant and at the front desk.

The bathroom had a slight sewage smell...not good. Wifi was slow.

Staff were really excellent every where. Breakfast was decent. Lots of vegan options. I liked the spacious room. The air conditioner was quiet. Swimming pool was very clean. Well-stocked bar.

Ran out of toilet paper and had to ask twice for a refill. The internet was painfully slow. Bathroom had a funky smell. Also needed a little work--toilet flush often got stuck, shower control button was detached, very place to put shower accessories (just a small tray for a soap bar).

The hotel is very popular with local families. It is completely safe, the room service brought out very delicious food. In seconds, hot water comes from the tap in the spacious bathroom. Don't look for an American or European-style breakfast, the breakfast buffet is African and the donuts are amazingly delicious.

The room could use a renovation, the edge of the wallpaper above the bed is torn, it just needs a little glue to fix it.You can hear everything that happens in the bathroom next door.

Good price quality balance. Don't expect a beach! Nice pool and garden much enjoyed by Tanzanian families in the weekend.

Rooms are not good isolated, you can hear everything thats happening in the next room.

Very welcoming staff, easy and quick check Inn, and big rooms.

The live band went on after 11pm and was loud.

Staff service was fantastic and prompt to help at anytime. Food was awesome!

Outdated bathroom but was told the rooms were going to be revamped!

Breakfast was good, the room was great, with space, a fridge and the staff were all fantastic.I also liked the gym and pool.

No complaints at all.
