They gave me smoking room ! And ask to change but they say no availability ?

Room is large with all necessary facilities. Exactly what would you expect for the price/stars level. Hotel is located within a walking distance from railway station (South). There is bus hub and metro station nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants. Staff speaks passable English.

Hotel does not accept non-Chinese credit cards

Disaster! The room was not clean and you could see the signs of age! Unacceptable breakfast: the worst I have had in 20 years of travelling in China!Only at reception does anyone speak a little English, but even at the lobby bar I cannot understand anything. Very bad experience. Too bad, I have used it many times in the past but now it really is a disaster!

Very friendly staff at the front desk when me and my friend arrived in the early morning around 01:30. The most impressive thing was that one gentleman guided us to the underground car park to get our car out , because the night before there was a power outrage. Much appreciated.

There’s no more water bottles outside of the elevator. Last year I stayed there in February, but there were plenty water outside of the elevator.

ROOM A.C WAS NOT WORKING. HOTEL RECEPTION EXECUTIVES DIDNOT RESPOND TO MY CALL ON RECTIFYING THE A.C. SENT A SMALL BLOWER FAN WHICH WAS NOT SUFFICIENT..THROUGH OUT NIGHT THE ROOM TEMP WAS 26.5. VERY VERY HOT. DIDNOT SLEEP IN THE NIGHT. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I DONOT RECOMMEND THID HOTEL TO ANYONE

Awesome Hotel ! But The exceptional assistance from Archie Zhang really made my stay even more memorable, he really went out of his way to assist with my travels. His English is superb and he did everything he could to assist me when and where I needed. He deserve a raise ! Please make sure he reads this comment.

Location, cleanliness

The room temperature cannot be adjusted, even thermostat shows room temp is set at 23 ℃. the room temperature is at 27.Breakfast was not ready until 7am.

The breakfast had good options and the staff was super friendly. The rooms were comfortable. 5 minutes walking to the west jinan train station

The rooms were not exactly soundproof. Anytime my next room door was closed I could feel the vibration and the sound.

We only stayed for one night during our travel to Qufu. The hotel was chosen due to its proximity to the railway station as we had an early train out, so early that we did not have breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out, very friendly staff. Clean and quiet rooms.

Location: next to the train station (a key point), comfortable bed, great breakfast, spacious room, helpful team, great amenities, within easy reach of all the main attractions in the city

Feel a bit cheated after being given a very attractive non-smoking room which stank of cigarette smoke and, after complaining, ending up - two rooms and a couple of hours later - in an inferior room.
