Please note that all guests, including children, need to provide a valid ID at check-in. Children aged 18 years and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of USD 49 per day, per dog. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per room. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 18 kg or less. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and their passport. For a room to be exempt, all clients must have the required documents for fee exemption (doesn't matter the nationality) Please note that both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. For group bookings of five or more rooms, a prepayment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking. If the reservation is canceled within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the amount paid will be non-refundable.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
