Slept very comfortably.good breakfast variety.very good customer service.overall was a good one

The staff was very nice and helpful! :)The gym was big and nice to have when you stay for a few weeks (2 treadmills working, one of them good enough to run 18 km/h without issues in case some of you are hard core runners). Ask to be on the pool side, nice view and much quieter than the street side.There is an official money changer office right across the street with good rates (open Monday-Friday till 4pm).

Details in the room: window was no closing perfectly, paint was going off, some electrical connections.

The staff, they are doing their best. When you have any problem, the staff offers you a solution. They are the most important asset of SUNBIRD MOUNT SOCHE. The restaurant on the 5th floor is very good.

The breakfast can be improved, specially the salty food. The Wifi signal was unstable at some moments.

The food was delicious and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff, bar staff and restaurant staff were all very friendly and lovely to deal with.

The reception staff were rude, abrupt and very unfriendly. There were no smiles and no basic greeting to make us feel welcome at all. They were dismissive and one lady even answered the phone mid conversation. We felt as if we ere bothering them by asking anything.

The breakfast was excellent. There was much variety and plenty to choose from. And the staff were very friendly.

Easy reach of CBD and banks, very safe place

I was very disappointed as the hotel initially did not want to honor my booking. The room was booked and confirmed on booking.com, and they said it's not available. I had to give them a piece of my mind. it was very unprofessional of them to have offered me a lower-rated room than originally booked; they claimed I bought it when you were doing promotions as if it was my fault so they cant provide it. if I did not know that room I had booked, I could have been duped

The hotel was at the same venue as the conference and in town.

The room was small and the bathroom shower head was so dirty. The restaurant couldn’t get my order for an omelette right twice.

Excellent value for business travelers. I stayed for 1 day, and found the staff to be very warm, accommodating and attentive to everyone's needs whether business or family. The rooms and facilities are extremely clean, comfortable, well appointed, well sound insulated, and well maintained. Everything works perfectly in the room - electric outlets, electric lights, air conditioner, television.. The restaurant offers really good quality and variety of cuisines (Malawian, Asian, Indian etc) and food, and the restaurant staff are very helpful and polite. The business conference rooms are large. A reliable hotel that is 4-star rated, yet offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
