Nothing.the rooms was very smelly amd mouldy as if it was last used 20 years ago...there was no fresh air to breathe.

Everything was damn bad...the staff was good.

The breakfast is amazing

The room is super tiny, no fresh air access and the room smelled stale, hot water heater wasn’t working, shower didn’t drain properly

The staff are exptional. Am disappointed that we were 2 people and yet we were offered only 1 small towel with full of rust. I asked, and I was told that that's what the management has instructed them to only put 1 towel and 1 toothbrush.Need to improve in that area.

It was clean

We had to take two separate rooms as men cannot sleep in the same one. We ended up paying double the price. Receptionist was laughing at us, really sad. Will never come back again.

I really enjoyed their breakfast, good and healthy meals to choose from. Just love their services and the services of the kitchen staffs!

Part of the room wall seems to have water seeping in and made the room room air more humid and that damp smell...didn't go down well with stay in the evenings. I picked a flu cuz of this

Nice room, good air conditioning

Booked on basis of restaurant as I was female alone in the evenings and the area was not very good - but there is no restaurant after the middle of the day; the outside seating area advertised is plastic chair in the car park; and the tea and coffee making facilities in the room are non-existent . When I said I would need to leave the hotel one day earlier as I was due to be completely on my own , we were still charged for the 2 rooms even though we were leaving because the facilities were not as advertised. On this basis, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and think Booking. com should remove or at least check the facilities before allowing bookings.

Decent value for money in Sinza. The bed is very comfortable and the room's appliances (A/C, hot water, etc.) worked as intended. The spacious desk and comfortable chair are great for working in the room.

The room is very poorly ventilated and does not smell good because only one tiny window can be opened. Further, the Wifi connection advertised by the hotel is indeed fast, but totally unreliable and constantly unavailable. The hotel's restaurant is closed in the evenings, and no dinner is served.
