Pros +
- Stayed only one night. Couldn’t stand the smell of stale smoke everywhere. Got put in a smoking room, immediately asked to be switched and got put in a “non smoking room” where the smell was still sickening. The Spa is filthy; filled with dirt, broken tiles, broken drains and black mould. Stayed only one night not 4!!
- Room space , car parking , breakfast was good and restaurant staff helpful
- One of the receptionists spoke very good english alongside the supervisor, staff smiled a lot and they were helpful, the rest of the staff barely spoke english.
Cons -
- Poor location, and 90% of clientele are smoking all over the building, and it’s filthy!
- Bad Air conditions , towels very old , water pressure unstable, slow internet and need to install hotel app to connect , limited tv channels
- The bed was a bit hard and the ac wasn't really working, i had to open the window at night and the noise from the street didn't sooth my sleep, room cleaning showed up around 3:30 in the evening and i was a bit busy so i just told her to come the next day.because i intentially left the room between 10 am and 2:30 pm expecting it to be cleaned. Beer prices were a bit expensive to be fair and the neighborhood isn't all great,i think the price was a bit too expensive for what the hotel tried to offer.

Excellent staff .Large clean room
Lightning in the room was very poor Breakfast a bit disappointing. ( not a good Turkish breakfast) .Changing room lockers were damaged. Weights room had few weights .Also had one bench Needed a deep clean .No hygiene wipes to wipe down equipment. Nowhere to hang towels in lounge area by the pool.Wooden flooring around the jacuzzi was damaged. ( A trip hazard ) .Jacuzzi water was cold .Jacuzzi pump wasnt operating correctly. ( Not bubbling ).
Good facilities, decent wifi, friendly staff,
Mattress was a bit knackered, sagging and could feel the springs poking in places and the bathroom vanity unit nearly broke my toe when it fell off as it had a towel rail on which I tried to use which falls off when you pull on the towel, like some sort of booby trap. Otherwise a great hotel, maybe just buy some new mattresses?
