It’s location, breakfast

The smell of cigarettes was everywhere in the room, pillow and the whole room, the trash can was full upon arrival.

We reserved a NON SMOKING room and ended up in a smoking room. When we asked the reception to change our room, they said they didn't have any other room available. As non smokers, this really ruined our stay as the smell was bad once you close the windows and we couldn't keep them open all night.

Sarhar , Chan , and Mostafa by the front office were so helpful and friendly

We had to change the room coz the A/C was so bad . We reported to the reception and informed us that we need to call the receptionist every time we need the AC . Which was so weird . I understand that they wants to reduce the cost but that effect the comfortably of being in the room

Hotel was big, room was big.All amenities available and room was modern.Breakfast was really good. Valet was available for car parking. Hotel doesn't have a big parking area but you can find space nearby.Location was also good, close to all touristy areas of Izmir, like Kemeralti Bazar and Alsancak, Kibris Sehetleri Cadessi.Airport is also 30 minutes drive.Staff was friendly and courteous.Extra Bed was provided for my child free of charge.

The Wifi wasn't that great and coverage was bad in the room.Otherwise it was all goodIt's right next to a main road so it's a bit noisy throughout the night with cars passing by

The hotel is an 8-10 minute walk from the metro station, it is in a safe area, it benefits from its own parkingA clean, modern and comfortable hotel, everything was very good.The rooms are large, large bathroom with bathtub, cleaning is done daily. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean Good breakfast, Staff is friendly and helpful. WI-FI works very well (You need to log in with your passport number to access WiFi)We enjoyed staying at this hotel and will return there again if we return to Izmir,

it is a bit far from the Center (2 metro stops)having the camera on the back, a disadvantage is the noise produced by the subway line that comes out of the underground right next to the hotel.

There was leaking of water after shower, and lot of water on the floor, very dangerous for falling down after showering.There is glass on the walls of the bathroom and the roller blind is out of order, and there was not privacy when you are in the bathroom.

Wide room

The staff attitude was badThe AC fan was noisy, the staff refused to accept the complaint and started kidding of us, we could not sleep at all.

An excellent hotel.A great value for the money. All facilities are available. The breakfast was good too.. and also i wanma thank the lady on reception "mehtap" and all the staff , they are really nice.

The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely bathroom. The lady at the checkout/check in desk was very nice and helpful, and even allowed us to stay in the restaurant area after check out time before our flight which was appreciated. The staff generally were very attentive and keen to help when required. Breakfast had plenty of options and wasn't badly priced either. The cleaning staff did a good job each day. The room came with a fridge and that was nicely sized. Additionally we had a kettle with some tea / coffee provided for free. You also do have two metro lines within a 10 to 15 minute walk which makes getting from the airport not to much hassle as the Kemer stop takes you directly there and the other stop (Basmane Gar) takes you to Selcuk (Ephesus). Very nice hotel that I'd recommend to friends and family.

I dont have major complaints about the hotel itself, i couldnt really fault it. A minor annoyance was the lift buttons not working very well. Our shower gel being empty was a bit of a shame so I can't give it a perfect 10 on that basis because I think this should have been picked up prior to the room being ready for us.Aside from that i would caution that the hotel is not located close (within 5 or 10 minutes) to any supermarkets or good restaurants so this did make staying there a little inconvenient after our long day in Ephesus when we didn't feel like walking far to a restaurant after returning at 19:30. But if this isn't a problem then you'll enjoy staying in this hotel, just be sure to plan to pick things up on the way back to the room and maybe eat out prior to returning to the hotel which we did on other nights.

Mold in the bathroom, hotel is rather shabby, smoky room (smoke is allowed in hotel).Staff tries to get the key of the guests car, because they need to change car location due to limitation of parking that isn’t safe for me

I slept at 30 degrees in the room, the air conditioner works very poorly! The lady at the Reception pretends to help you with everything, I left the air conditioner on, and the very kind lady turned it off after I left for the city!

The cleanliness and the comfort! The room, although on the street, was soundproof and the noise didn't reach in.

I would have loved if oumelette was provided every morning!

We stayed here 7 years ago and it was clean and the breakfast was nice. But this time i cant say the same thing. Location is good.

They are under construction of the reception but they are still operating as if it is ok to let people walk by construction (uneven floors, pipes, wires etc in the reception.) They should stop accepting people during this heavy work or find another solution. Also the trains passing by every 10 - 15 minutes and the noise is extremely high in the room.

Good hotel to stay in Izmir if you are traveling by car and need a place to sleep for one or two nights. Friendly and supportive staff.

There should be more parking lots. AC in the room was very noisy.

it’s spacious and fairly quite at night.

they turn off the air conditioning system during certain seasons. this was an issue because even though it was cold outside at night, the room was hot fro having the sun beating on it all day. also the smoke from another room was entering my room and I wanted to turn on the AC to filter out the smell. luckily they turned on the fan for me. but that didn’t fix the issue of the room being too hot.

Asked hotel to change room.. there are old ones and newer ones..

Breakfast was poor..

The rooms were super clean and very well kept. The breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. The hotel is an 8 minutes walk away from the Metro Station so the location is great as well with a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Average type hotel on a very busy and noisy avenue, relatively close to downtown (about 30 minutes walk), has elevator. Not too many touristic facilities nearby. Parking on the street in front of the hotel. Staff speaking English, polite and helpful. Breakfast option available. Good breakfast. Big room and bathroom, perfectly soundproof, wifi signal OK, small fridge in the room.

We thought that the air conditioning was not working properly but it turns out it was pre set at high temperature and impossible to control with remote control.We complained about it and it was solved immediately. Room and entire hotel smells of cigarette smoke although (apparently) smoking is forbidden.
