Ramada Plaza by Wyndham IzmirIt was the best hotel — the accommodation and cleanliness deserve a 10*. The staff, starting from the reception, were very professional.Over the past 10 years, I consider it the best hotel I have ever visited.I will definitely come back to this hotel soon.

Location, size of room. Good breakfast

Leaks from roof not properly fixed. I forgot my reading glasses and by phone person who answered had no English and put phone down on me. Email on website bounced and sent WhatsApp but I can see nobody has looked at it since last Monday

Staff at check-in and out was very helpful also with the bellman. It was ok for 1 night.

The room is quite old, need new carpet and some deep cleaning, the part of wood floor has dirty spot. There was a trash with a chunk of hair from previous guest. The other room is provided with half bottle of shampoo (it was left from previous guest). One of the rooms took at least 3 hours for AC to work.

The property is very nice and it was clean.. the staff also very kind to us.. they give us free upgrade to my other family members.. and the price is very reasonabe.. and we like the view from our room we can see the city very nice..

The breakfast was a buffet, with various options, and it was very good.

I had some uncertainities with the ammont of money taken from my credit card to pay the invoice. I requested the hotel some clarifications, but I was provided with no answer.

Convenient for Basmane Station and opposite the Culture Park. Welcome soft drink on arrival. Amazing waterfall shower. Decent breakfast.

The hotel and room need a refresh, all a bit tired. Shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out. The wardrobe light stayed on all night...we didn't bother complaining though.

The reception staff were nice, the room was spacious.

The food was very bad, the bathroom was out of order, you had to prepare to shower with boiling and ice water every second! The room smell was not good.

Reception staff were great as were most of the hotel staff. Breakfast was good.

While hotel staff were good the restaurant staff were the opposite particularly in the evening . You had to wait for service, drinks etc while 'locals' would be seen straight away.

Good rooms very big and clean and very comfortable bed.

The location is close to the train station and not far from the ferry terminal and town restaurant areas. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The wifi was difficult to access. The sensor for the hall lighting wasn't working, so it was dark in the hallway.

The way the king room is furnished, is not very practical : an one person chaiselong and an armchair

location was nice.

the only reason we chose this location was because it has a gym, but we were not able to use the gym as it was closed. there was a private occasion where gym is and staff didn’t let us workout. Night staff promised us that we could use the gym at 8 am but morning staff didn’t let us use the gym before 9 am. morning staff was rude, not friendly and not helpful. bathrooms were moldy, shower door didn’t fully close, so water went everywhere in the bathroom.

the staff are polite and very helpful, the location are great, in the side of the big street, the room are spacious compared to others. Center of attraction like Konak Square, Konak Harbour, Agora Smyrna, Ataturk Statue, and market are in walking distance. the taxi station was just in front of the hotel. the breakfast are great and complete.

the aisle of the room are quite dark, maybe refreshing the interior with bright colour will improve the ambeience.
