    Pros +

    • The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and professional. Spoke English and very helpful. The rooms were a fair size and were cleaned everyday. The location wasn’t too bad. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping for basic stuff. The market was close by too.
    • Nice people who were helpful and friendly. Spoke reasonable English. Good location for agora and not far from coast and restaurants.
    • Staff were very helpful and hotel was quiet at night but very central.

    Cons -

    • There wasn’t a lot of choice for breakfast and you get tired of eating the same thing every day. They don’t have a restaurant which I thought they had when I booked. So you have no choice but go out to eat. I went for dental work and some days you don’t want to go out and just eat in but couldn’t do that. If you’re going for business and for 2-3 days than it’s fine.
    • Room too hot with air con centrally set to heat mode so no way of cooling when outside temps in the 20s (C). Street very busy during working week and parking almost impossible. No parking at hotel but staff offer a valet service to move your car to available parking then collect it again when needed.
    • Possibly a toaster at breakfast and fresh juice.

Decent shower pressure, breakfast wasn’t bad.

Room smelt of stale smoke. The door wouldn’t lock, so needed to get a physical key (as a posed to the key card) to ensure the door would stay closed. Parking was a bit of a rigmarole. But worst was the noise of the traffic that didn’t stop all night, windows aren’t sound proofed in the slightest

Excellent location for central Izmir and Kemeralti square. The Suite is exceptional, with 2 TVs, spacious lounge area, huge balcony and a beautifully designed bathroom with huge rainfall shower head. And a private sauna is a first for me!All of the staff were extremely polite, courteous and helpful - anything we asked for was provided above and beyond our expectations. The reception staff in particular spoke English very well, so there was no language barrier.

Not enough English TV channels (only Sky and BBC News). Not enough hooks in the bathroom.

The staff were so very HELPFUL. Metin was AMAZING- he saved the day more than once. Primarily we stayed so we could do a tour a Ephesus, House of Mary. Metin arranged the tour and had left luggage courier to Istanbul- cannot express my gratitude enough- about 800m from water/ not too far away

The breakfast wasn’t to my limited Australian palate / so I skipped but it might have been good, just I wouldn’t know

The room was very clean and tidy although a bit noisy because next to the elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but good enough.

The WiFi was almost impossible to connect to when in the room and when connected, it was very slow. The reception was very good and fast only at the reception desk area.

Super kind staff and great options for parking. Breakfast also very good and room had plenty of space

Interiors a bit more like a business hotel than a boutique one but still very comfortable

It is a very nice hotel in the center of Izmir. The staff is very cordial and polite. I strongly appreciated the hotel's free car parking service.

    9IlariaPosted on: 8-27-2024

The kindness of the entire staff, good breakfast, comfortable and functional room. The position is excellent: with a 5-10min walk you reach the main points of interest in Izmir

    10MihaiPosted on: 8-5-2024

It’s clean, modern and the staff is very polite.

    6TanyaPosted on: 8-1-2024

Check in and breakfast very good. Staff friendly. Room pleasant and bathroom clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Room windows over very busy road not sealed so a half inch gap between window and frame allowed in a lot of noise from road and mosque.

    9RamyPosted on: 5-30-2024

Cosy, cute, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Staff was warm, helpful and accommodating. They were super kind to allow us an early check-in (after our red eye flight). The location is a close walking distance to many of the city's key attractions, and the breakfast served was very good.

    Everything met our expectations.

Very clean and quiet hotel. The stuff were very friendly.

The breakfast was good but it would be nice to have some variety.

    9AndrePosted on: 4-17-2024

Check-in was effortless and the staff were excellent. We booked a Suite and it exceeded expectations. Very large room with entrance hall and separate sitting and working area with a patio area the entire length of the suite. We also had to the pleasure of a sauna in the room. Did not see the other rooms, but I can assume the quality and standards are the same. The hotel is within walking distance to the seafront, entertainment areas and historical places. Within easy reach of the city's transport system.
