Pros +
- - it’s in a good location where a parking complex is just one main road cross to it- the breakfast is rich! - the staff is friendly and efficient. It doesn’t take long to check in
- It was very clean and very quiet. They set out a lovely breakfast buffet. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful .
- Good location, nice staff
Cons -
- - our toilet seat cover doesn’t stand so we have to hold it every time using - the bed makes noises every time you move- I hope it can provide the parking spot info more clearly. The “public parking” description is a bit misleading, which we thought is provided by the government and is referring to the street parking since that’s what we saw when we arrive. (and they are all occupied) It took a while to find a proper parking spot (google pointed us to one that needs to drive through small alleys:/) and found out the most ideal one is just cross the road in the end.
- Wifi doesn't even get to some of the rooms, so if you need Wifi like I did, check if they place you in any of the "08" rooms, if so, wifi wont get to room, especially 308. Had to spend $15 to "upgrade" my room, and to another room whcih also didn't have wifi. Horrible. Also, there's "Free parking" but only 2-3 spots (depending on how cars are parked) right in front, so if you leave the spot, it'll probably be taken when you get back (and that's IF you're lucky to get a spot in the first place), otherwise pay for parking, or get really lucky with street parking. Basically, I chose this hotel FOR the free parking and free wifi, none of which were available 100% during my stay. For the wifi, I asked the hotel ahead of time to make sure there'd be no problem with wifi, to which they said "no", only to find the wifi didn't reach my room at all. And their only solution was I work in the lobby...
- The hotel doesn't have a lift and We had to carry our suitcases up four floors, Also room was very small, The location is very good in a way its close to city centre but also a lot of noise from streets also felt unsafe during night.

The location is very good. Close to all the city's attractions and just an 8-minute walk from the train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The Room was small but alright.

Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful with food recommendations and (eventually) sorting out a parking space for us. The location is close to public transit and walking distance to several attractions.
The room was very small, with bunk beds, rather than the queen and twin that we booked, and the bathroom had mold. The location was challenging to reach by car and both the street and other guests were loud.
The bathroom had an odor, I believe coming from the Sewer, had to keep the door shut
yes some upgrades
Location was central. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
There was a sewerage smell coming from disused property next door but they moved us a floor higher which helped.
It was very cute and kept well clean. They also had a delicious breakfast buffet every morning at no extra charge.
The rooms were tight, but given the pricing , it was very reasonable for the budget.
Very friendly, great cozy hotel! The r was more than enough and clean. Administrators were warm and friendly, allowed us to take our dog to the breakfast. Breakfast had everything not to stay hungry and perfect location - 15 minutes till sea bu walk. We stayed with dog so the most important thing to us was pet friendly and clean hotel and we found it! Next time definitely Piano. Thank you!
the location was very good, the receptionist was super nice and helped us a lot with different arrangements
the room and bathroom were very small and especially the bathroom made me a little uncomfortable, the bed was also a little hard and the breakfast was really not good sadly :(
Great location fantastic staff very friendly and welcoming.Breakfast was very rich and good quality.Close to everything you want to visit in the city of Izmir.I definitely recommend this hotel. They have a bar right beside where you can relax with a wine and pizza.
Location is nearby Konak and walking distance from almost all major attractions. Not well connected to public transport but it is still within manageable distance from Metro and Tram lines
The Hotel is cramped, super cramped, so tight that even hotel rooms in Japan look a breeze… corridors are designed to keep passage restricted to minimum body movements, doors are old fashioned lock and key type, no elevator, you should be good to carry your stuff or staff may also carry your luggage to your room (I feel pity for that guy who does this job). I suggest this hotel is not for families, strictly not for people who are tall, not designed for people who are claustrophobic, and definitely not for people who have difficulty climbing spiral tight staircase.
Location is very close to the public transports, very helpful staffs and nice breakfast
The room is very tiny and bathroom was kind of very old
We originally booked an economy room, but the receptionist told us that the bathroom is outside of our room. This fact was not specified when selecting and paying for the room. Fortunately receptionist was kind enough and switch our room with one that has a bathroom inside, free of charge. The accommodation was really close to the metro and train station where you can catch a train to the airport or other cities. The room was quiet small but since we only stayed just 2 nights and spent all of our days outside, we didn’t mind. Breakfast was great (typical Turkish stuff). Air conditioner worked just fine, made our room warm really quickly during cold winter nights.
There was this weird and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. My bed was kinda unstable and was making creaking sound with my every movement. Hotel has no elevator so climbing every day up to the 3rd floor was not fun, especially when you forget something in your room.
awful
bathroom was clogged up and smelled like sewage. no elevator. food was awful. expensive Ephesus trip.
Location
No elevator, noise, poor breakfast, small room, bathroom smells, not clean
The hotel is very well located very close to the train, commerce and the marina. The room is clean although a little small. Very quiet.
They don’t have elevator.
The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful, lovely hotel, good location for us.
Rooms were a bit on the small side but that didn't spoil our stay, we had a brill time there.
Central location, comfort beds, nice cafe on the ground floor, very kind staff.
Small rooms, but it's OK for a short stay.
Breakfast is good and the hotel is decent if you want to stay just one night or so, but not comfortable for more than one night. The location is nice and walking distance to visit the Izmir bazaar.
SO MANY STRANGE THINGS- The room was extremely small. The superior double looked bigger in the picture shown and also had a little sofa chair in the picture but our room did not. I guess they have different types of superior double rooms. - On our third day the cleaning was only half done, they did the bathroom but not the bed or floors of the room which seemed quite strange. - When asked for a blanket or duvet they give us a rough textured bed cover.- They never mentioned when we checked in that the water bottles in kept in the room would be charged, but when we were leaving they asked us to pay for the water bottles which they did not even have a count of how much we used. They just asked us how many approximately we used and then charged us for that. We stayed in istanbul and capadoccia before this and nobody asked to pay for the bottles kept in the room. So it was super strange for us. It is not a problem but it was a shock. - There were 2 packets of tea and 2 packets of coffee in the room when we checked in, but after we used the tea, they never brought new packets on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th day. Also there were no sugar or milk powder packets. Kettle was also quite dirty and not cleaned in a while.- When our tea packets were over I asked the guy at the reception if I can have some tea packs, he said yes I will check and send it but it never came. It's ok if they were over but he could have just informed us instead of saying that he will send them and then never send it.
