I loved the view from our 16th floor room. The welcome given by the concierge was good, and the staff at breakfast were very attentive,

Plug sockets were on the opposite side of the room to the bed

Huge bed, clean room, beautiful view, friendly and helpful staff.

The mattress was a little too hard for my taste. The air conditioning in the room does not allow you to change the temperature. I tried to sleep with the window open, but the noises from the city do not allow this( loud music, traffic, rubbish trucks).

Lovely location. Very central to public transport, restaurants, bars, shops and tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable room, beds, shower. Amazing view from balcony. Nice choice for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

DO NOT ADVERTISE YOU HAVE A/C IF IT IS SHUT OFF FOR THE SLOW SEASONS! Our room was 27 degrees with the patio door open all night (31OCT2023)! Too hot to sleep. I asked the staff about the A/C - they said it was shut off for winter. Worst night of sleep I've had in 30 years.

Nice location close to the sea walk with a very nice view overall from the highest floors.Nice breakfast with different fresh options both salty and sweet.Friendly staff.

Too noisy. You can hear people talking in the hallway and doors slamming on the floor.

central location, proximity to transport hubs, center, sea, restaurants. they have parking and vale serves which is a must for this street

old hotel. smelly carpets in halls. very loud and unpleasant crowd in the evenings outside of the hotel

The hotel is neat, clean, comfortable and accessible to everything a few minutes away. We got a room in floor 17 out of 20 with a balcony overlooking the Ege Sea. The view was amazing and also overlooks a long promenade, nice to walk in the area both during the day and in the evening. The long shopping street is just after the hotel. Highly recommend and if I stay again in Izmir it will be at this hotel! The staff are nice and try to help in any matter and at any time, at night we felt that the air conditioner was not cooling well and within minutes a technician came and fixed it. Mohammed at the reception was very helpful in planning the trip and choosing places to visit. We left very satisfied.

If you want to shop in the bazar, there is some distance to walk. Bit you can walk very comforatbly next to the sealine. On the other side there are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby

Central location

Although the location was central, this hotel needs an urgent renovation and refurbishment. The bed was worn out, I had to find a middle point that was not hollowed. The bathroom was clean but smelled sewage in the middle of the night. The worse was the noise coming from the bars nearby until the early hours of the day. Definitely not a 4 star hotel anymore.

staff was not friendly above all, we are a couple and we were given single bedsand I stayed there for three nights and they didn’t change our room

The hotel location is very good although traveling to the location took much longer than I anticipated. Walking distance to the points of attraction, shopping and dining areas closeby.
