I always choose this location whenever I'm in Araxa because it's incredibly beautiful and offers everything I need.
Many things need to be renovated, like bathrooms. Things are falling apart in there like towel holders, etc.
location and desire of staff to be helpful
poor maintenance of installations and hesitation to solve problems quite clear. lack of communication between shifts.
Breakfast was good.
Room was moldy, there was a dark mold on the ceiling. Just bath towels. Very poor.
The breakfast was good. Coffee was hot.
The first room I got had a non-working air conditioner, so they changed me to another room. It wasn't very clean and the bed only had a comforter and no top sheet so that wasn't too pleasant.

Quiet and with lots of green and contact with nature place.
