    • Very clean, great showers, great breakfast, very friendly staff, walking distance from a beautiful beach, great location.
    • Right next to the beach. Some of the staff were very nice
    • Gorgeous room, beautiful amenities. EXCELLENT location

    Cons -

    • Not at all, we even extended our stay because it was an excellent hotel.
    • Mosquitos were everywhere so it would be great if they put up more tiki torches or other things that will keep them awwy. Also, they should put microwaves in the rooms. Pool is not really appealing.
    • It was crowded and completely booked. The fireworks were extremely loud. The restaurant brakfast was on pretty terrace but it overlooked parking lot.

We're swimmers and we loved the linked beach area. We went over Christmas and it was just so crowded. The staff was exceptional and sweet but everything was booked and crowded. We were there December 27 to December 29th. I wouldn't go over the holidays again. We did love our room and the beach and the spot for swimming.

It was crowded and completely booked. The fireworks were extremely loud. The restaurant brakfast was on pretty terrace but it overlooked parking lot.

Location close to Blue Bay beach - short walkgood parking

initial various difficulties with young receptionists resolved by very good manager,Melissa.shared balcony with other guests visible reduces privacy

the location is just perfect, so close to the beach, very clean, staff are amazing! golf course is nice right across from the hotel. plus, great views of the place.

just a personal opinion or choice, we didn't like the food. the hotel has bar nearby with nice snacks and burgers. i don't really eat that king of food so i was just happy to have salad.

Super helpful staff, spatious room, excellent daily cleaning+service.I was looking for a quiet hotel with good amenities and easy parking; also very close to a nice beach, but not the crowds. Bayside has it all. The hotel has a lovely chill vibe that drew me in right away. The beach is really close to the entrance, it takes no time to walk down there. The bed is really comfortable, the shower large - and the first one hot enough for me in a hotel - and the Ritual toiletries perfect. The daily (more like twice a day) cleaning was very considerate to work around my coming and going, and I got thoughtful mementos every day to enjoy my stay. They've got plenty parking places and the location is somewhat secluded; a convenient headquarter to set out exploring the island.I have to highlight the people running this gem: I got plenty of information and proactive operative help plus a huge smile whenever I needed something. The ladies checked me in with a super accomodating welcome, they helped me rent a car, arrange laundry, answer all of my practical questions of island business and adventurous ones about locations, beaches, points of interest. Sitting on the terrasse for breakfast is a unique experience with the Venezuelan troupial birds doing recon. I rarely eat sweets for breakfast, but my tip here is pancakes or granola! The waitresses took the effort to remember my preferences for coffee and drinks - all fell into a very comfortable rhythm and I really felt at home by the end of my week. Thanks Bayside Team for having me <3In case you are wondering: Blue Bay is a wholesome, sandy beach, but also nice snorkeling corners. Very convenient to have free access even if you go see other beaches (I did). The beach bar is good, try Bad Angel cocktail for Curacao colors. Also, don't be deterred by the gated community-ness: it is quite smooth to drive in and out once you are eligible.

Close to the beach and a few restaurants, within walking distance.

The secluded locationThe food and drinks were so goodProperty very clean and quiet

Needed abit more shade on the beach

The location was perfect. 2 - 3 minute walk to the beach. Room was new so that was a plus. We didn't really use the facilities as we were staying for just one night and spend most of the time at the beach. We'll definitely be staying here again when going back to the island.

    Nothing comes to mind

The hotel is very confortable, nice bed, good room space. Bathroom with good shower and amenities. Very clean and employees checked on us everyday to see if we needed something.Breakfast was also a plus, but the best was the beach close to the hotel (1 min walk, day use included, as well as chairs), which was one of the prettiest/charming in the island. The beach structure (bar/restaurants/service) was definitely the best. The hotel is in a central position in the island, making every beach a 30 min car ride, which might seem much, but is actually quite nice. Really recommend this hotel.

Not at all a negative point, but definitely rent a car, as everything in the island is far away.

Luxury feel to the hotel. Short walk to a great beach, nice good sized room, friendly helpful staff. Hotel had nice pool, good parking, restaurant, welcome reception. Good location on island for visiting other parts, close to airport and supermarket. Highly recommend.

Could have used better lighting in room - dark without having curtains open. Would have liked better choices for watching TV. Food at restaurant was just OK for price.

We absolutely loved the hotel, especially its location just a 2-minute walk from Blue Bay Beach. Our room was cozy with a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the overall vibe and atmosphere of the hotel made our stay truly enjoyable. While we did experience a few issues with the bathroom, they were resolved quickly, and as a thoughtful gesture, the hotel offered us a complimentary breakfast the next morning, which we greatly appreciated!

Overall, the hotel met all our expectations. Just a small note about the restaurant downstairs—it has a limited menu and can be pricey for longer stays, so you might want to explore other nearby dining options.

This was our first trip to Curacao. The Bayside Boutique Hotel is both elegant and comfortable, a tranquil retreat ideally situated at the bay and beach. Loved the ability to snorkel directly from shore. The pool, while small, was a refreshing break. No problem securing chaise lounges. The staff are excellent, in particular Melissa and Janna, along with Imelda, who cooked several of our delicious complimentary breakfasts (we'd met at the Bonaire Airport enroute to our stay at Bayside). All of our needs were met quickly, professionally and sincerely. The generous welcome basket was a wonderful surprise.Glad we had a rental car, which is needed to reach the resort and for island exploration. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in our Sunset Suite (appreciated having a living room, separate bedroom, kitchen and balcony with a narrow sea view and sunset views). We are looking to return next year.

    Can't really think of anything.

The hotel itself was cute and the room was nice and clean.

The private beach area is a joke- there are way too many people crammed into one small beach. The loungers are literally right on top of each other. They also sell day passes to cruise ships so even more people cram into this small area. It was so bad we would drive 45 minutes each way just to go to a quieter and prettier beach each day. The drinks and food are mediocre and overpriced.

It was a beautiful boutique hotel within walking distance to Blue Bay Beach and staff were very accommodating specially when they found out that the restaurant we were having my birthday dinner does not accept any baked cakes other than an affiliated bakery, they made sure they sang “Happy Birthday” for me with the cake we ordered from a local bakery.

There was nothing we did not like about the property.

The Bayside Boutique Hotel is all about the location. Blue Bay is exquisite as a location. The water is an extraordinary blue. The staff are very helpful and the service is prompt and responsive.

Most communication is provided through whats app. I do not always use my phone during my holiday. A pass was required to enter the beach and on several occasions I came to the beach without my phone.

    8MaPosted on: 12-2-2024

It's a very secure place. The resort is few steps away from the beach. The staffs are accommodating. A little bit pricey but food is good. All together we can go back again to this place. One of the best places to relax to,

The communication between the third part transportation, could be better.

Very nice decoration and ambient. Personal very kind. Very well located close to the beach

Location was great. Has nice little beach and very close to Downtown.

The room we are stayed in has no privacy . Sliding door faces hallway and people passing by can see whole room through the door unless you keep black out curtains closed all the time and not able to see day lights… Some rooms were better located, but as we were informed you can not choose the room while booking.I will suggest hotel to get additional set of curtains which let day light in, but still has some coverage. Also room did not have good ventilation and our close feels damp. On a positive note stuff was very helpful and gave us a lot of great recommendations about beaches, parks to visit and restaurants.
