The staff was super nice, tbh wakayama is an area where english is very limited yet the staffs did so and tried their best and that deserves to be a reason why this hotel is a good place to stay if you're on a budget but still want to try and explore the wonderful city that ia wakayama

The location is superb. It located in the city center and access to the station, restaurants, etc. is super easy. The breakfast buffet is relatively simple but at least its value is more than the cost of 500 yen.
The rooms are quite small and the parking rule is a bit annoying.
Convenient location, parking for 700JPY a day, 24h reception and nice staff. We asked to check in at 10am since we needed to work and they prepared the room for that time. They also offered us the dining hall as working space and they paid attention to help us set up.
The room smelled a bit like someone smoked inside or it was closed for a long time, but it was clean.

Near to station and restaurants with a low-priced and well equipped room (we can pick many amenities at front desk). The breakfast was too much I really satisfied.
