The hotel staff were accommodating. There are lots of freebies, like welcome snacks and drinks. The room is so neat and clean. Spacious too.

The serving of the breakfast needs to be improved. It's a goo meal but not enough.(Little)

Check in was welcoming, there are free snacks and drinks, the room was relatively spacious. The provided toiletries were actually the best of the trip - included hand and body creams! Also had additional charger cords, which was convenient. At the time I was there, if you filled in their hotel survey they offered you free mini hand cream as a gift :)

As other reviews have flagged, it is a love hotel. Not much of an issue for me - didn't see any "shady" characters, no noise issues, etc. It was just a little funny experience. There was no natural light in my room unfortunately - not an issue for a one night stay, but can imagine it would be a bit frustrating for more than a night.

This needs to be categorized as an adult’s property. They offered short term 2-4 hour stays. Categorized as a “love” hotel by some.

We enjoyed a restful stay here and felt welcomed during the check-in. Our room was comfortably large, especially the wonderful bathroom (the toilet was separate, very welcomed). Breakfast set choices were limited but of good quality and deliciously warm when served to our room at the agreed time. Bathroom amenities were extensive plus the welcome drinks and snacks were a nice touch of omotenashi. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Just a small comment that our rental car's GPS couldn't find the hotel's car park (which was ample and even had EV charging lots).

Feeling a bit awkward once reading from comment that this is the love hotel.

This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at during our trip in Japan. The room was huge, it had all kinds of creams, shower gels and hair products. It was super clean, had central heating which was nice in the winter. The bed was large and really comfortable. The bathroom was also great and clean. The people in the reception were very nice and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Overall, the hotel had a really good value for money, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return.

Pretty big for Japanese hotel. Many option for skin products.

One of the highlights of the stay is the breakfast service. Breakfast is conveniently sent to the room, allowing guests to enjoy their first meal of the day in the comfort and privacy of their own space. However, it must be noted that the presentation and quality of the food could benefit from some improvement. While the convenience of the service is appreciated, the aesthetic appeal and the taste of the breakfast offerings could be enhanced to match the high standards set by the rest of the hotel.

The shower door room was transparent ? I felt like not enough privacy when showering. If only they have shower curtain it'll be nice thou it was really spacey and I love the shower head!

Everything. Very clean, well laid out and comfortable. Breakfast served in our room was a treat. The little extras were very thoughtful. The separated bathing and beauty area and the huge bedroom area was exceptional by Japanese standards.

Nothing. Bit of a walk to the train station so it could be difficult if raining.

Very practical no-frill hotel: good room size, free parking (walking distance from train station), fast check-in, fast self check-out, free coffee and snacks, fast wifi.Some say this is love hotel, probably because it has short stay (3 hours) rental. However, both the lobby and the room looks just like a normal hotel to me.

No place for breakfast nearby. The only choices seems to be either have breakfast in the hotel or buy from the convenient store.

Parking available on a first-come first-serve basis, and the staff allowed parking a little before the check-in time. In the ample room you find almost everything you need.

Noise isolation is not super good, and if you activate the fan is too noisy. Among the various little things you can find in the room, there is not a bottle of water...

The location is good and just walking distance to the JR station. Many restaurants nearby and free parking without charges for in and out.

The room amenities include a hair dryer and a curling iron, a table for working or dining, a bathtub for relaxation, and soft lighting to create a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offers free access to some movies and provides phone charging cables. The staff was extremely kind.

The hotel was very apathetic, rigid. Nothing special. Wakayama has little to offer; it was just a stopover location. Not a very good breakfast but it had 3 different options (pancake, continental, japanese).

Big room with many option of toiletries, clean and tidy.

Hotel is very new.Room is big with a very big bathroom.Location is not close to public transport.We drove the care to there so no problem for us.

We didn't know that it’s a love hotel when making the booking. But, it turned out to be one of the best hotels of our trip. The staff was very good, the room was spacious and quiet, and the breakfast in-room was definitely a big bonus.

Absolutely everything. Our Standard Queen Room is big and clean. Comfy bed, large bathroom, separate toilet. We ordered dinner through VOD (TV). Service was quick and all the dishes (mainly rice and pasta) were tasty, with generous portions.
