Kobe Marriott Hotel

The room was nice, perfectly situated, and the staff was amazing all around!

Great location,easy access to train station.The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.Check in was quick, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.I would definitely use this hotel again.

Good location ?

Very dated! cant recall last time i stayed in a hotel at this price where the tv wasnt a smart tv. Also paying extra for the Onsen was strange

The fact that we were close to the train station.

The room wasn't as we expected.We mentioned that we came for our honeymoon,compared to all the 6 other hotels we've been in, this hotel didn't even give the slightest gift, not mentioning blessing us, so that wasn't feeling nice

The room carpet was a little dirty but I still enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are really outdated. Dirty carpet, old bed comforters. The room looked like it was from the 1980s and hasn’t been updated since. Looks like they spent all their money on the lobby and the restaurant on the 17th floor. Won’t be staying gain

Staff not very warm, to quick to put breakfast away, hotel felt old and had a smell.

Good location, room and staff services. We had a spacious room with sea view which was so far the best hotel deal.

Maybe if the staff could speak better English then it would perfect.

The room has a smell of cigar that we could never ignore. Although I requested a non smoking room.

Good location with a fast pedestrian underground connection to Kobe Station. Room was rather large and it was pretty quiet. Good view onto the port/ocean and it was possible to open the window to get some fresh air :) I didn‘t used the Spa, but it looked nice (but you have to pay 800¥ for it).

The carpet in the room seems to be very old and had a lot of stains so that I didn‘t liked to walk inside without shoes. The bathroom looked a little bit outdated (but everything worked fine!).

Booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room. Went back to lobby, and they gave us another room. This room was missing the shower curtain. Staff had to go into our room while we were out to replace it.

Very spacious rooms. Great for families with kids. Location was great. Easy access to train station and the mall across the street. There's also some shopping in the same building as the hotel.

The carpets in the smoking room was so dirty. Even with the air filter the smoke was so heavy I could not sleep at night.

Breakfast stands high quality, food are fresh and with many varieties, breakfast area with good harbour view.

The noise from the highway. Our room was faced to the highway, that pass exactly next to the hotel. The noise from the highway is permanent.
