Pros +
- I liked how close it was to the port liner and how spacious the room was. They had stuff inside the room for you like the towels and hair products and cups for hot drinks or cold drinks. In the lobby you can choose what you need in your for your stay. Tea, hair brush, toothbrush, robe, and etc. I originally was in a smaller room but got bumped up to a room with two bed. It was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay for the most part. I am happy this hotel does not take the stopper from the bathtub. I have been to many hotel that take the stopper away and only want you to take showers. It defeats the purpose of having a bathtub.
- I stayed in a twin room, and it was very spacious for a Japanese hotel. There was a desk, a couple comfortable chairs and table, and a large bath and shower. The staff was helpful and friendly, and complementary sake is offered upon arrival in the lobby.
- The hotel felt a bit old western vibes but still cozy. The laundry machine was useful and acessible and the staff was nice even checking in after dinner
Cons -
- There were stains on the carpet probably from how old the hotel is. You might think wear and tear but it was on an open part of the carpet. The bed was very low. When you went to stand your knees would be to your chest especially if you have long legs.
- This hotel is of the style where you cannot adjust the heating and cooling other than the fan level. I opened the windows and turned off the fan, shutting the windows only when I slept. It was comfortable. No complaints. There was a little mold in the spacious shower and bath room, but it wasn't too bad. The advantage of the large bath and shower outweighed the amount of mold under the shower ledge.
- Location isnt great so not much in the area and the hotel is a bit tired.

Good location, calm, big room for relax, excelent breakfast..Arigato.
Rooms were quite spacious by Japanese standards. Staff were very helpful. Beds comfy and good facilities.
Location isnt great so not much in the area and the hotel is a bit tired.
Good location, very close to an event I attended. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good.
It felt very dead (I almost wasn’t sure it was open when I walked in), and they only give you the bare minimum (not even a tea bag in the room).
The location is perfect if you need an early ride to the airport. The staff was nice and helped me out with my bags.
The surrounding area is barren in terms of food choices and activities. The main issue I had was with the room itself. The sheets were stained on one of the two beds. The light switch in the entrance of the room activates all lights, but you can not use the lamps on the bedside because they require that main switch to be on. There was also mold on the floor entrance of the shower.
Big room, with the shower and bathtub separate setup,
Hard to find, they have labels at the trains stations, but seems like they’re peeling off, better off using phone.
The room that i had booked is spacious.. The breakfast spread was good and suited my taste.
The furniture in the room are old. The mattresses and pillows are not comfortable. Room cleaning is only done if you leave the room at about 10am.
The stuff is friendly although there English is not quite well. The area is very quite and near some combini and a supermarket. It is also near the station (3min on foot).
In my room the carpet is a little bit old and dirty but it may acceptable.
Good location, nice view, excellent breakfast
Building itself looks a bit old, power plug is partially work
The size of the room was big, the size of the bathroom was spacious.
The booking.com attitude not good . transparency is required .show total amount when booking . After paying the bill ,I had to pay 10% extra bill. i feel I feel cheated .
Very new, neat, clean and spacious
The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing.
close to station and convention center.
interior damaged, worn down, patchwork fixes. the carpets were worn down leaving tracks from the door to the bed.
big family suite. Loved having 2 separate spaces. Close to the airport. Was a great place to stay after a long evening flight.
