The breakfast is so delicious… we really enjoy the food….we love the small onsen and sauna very relaxing for the tiring day of travel

The only problem is that the bathroom amenities have to be picked up from the first floor if you need it urgent in your room so I think thats not good idea

I liked the onsen, the laundry facilities, the happy hour drinks and curry. The bed was comfortable, the suits provided for sleeping, too. The hotel was very close to everything.

It’s very close to the train station. Our room was spacious with a desk and chair and a small coffee table with extra 2 chairs, very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was included and it was very rich and delicious, lots of Japanese foods but also some pastries and great coffee. The staff spoke fairly good English, they were very nice and helpful. Very good value for excellent service.

Good location right in front of the station. Best breakfast I had in Japan so far after several weeks hopping between different hotels across the country.

The reception was a bit too crowded with many objects, it looks a bit like a post office.

Onsen was good but a little hotter would be better. The Garden is beautiful and peaceful. Hotel is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the station, uphill but not too steep yet.

Felt a bit chaotic at the front desk area (cluttered a bit).a bit overwhelming with all the things in the and going on, all the time at the front area.

This is basically a Japanese style business hotel just good for one one night stay if you want to be near the main Shizuoka station and don't worry about the quality of the hotel in terms of comfort and style. However, the staff is very helpful and the hotel provides a car parking tower next to it. The breakfast buffet choice is passable. The best part is the reasonable cost of the stay.

Summer is hot in Shizuoka even at night so room air conditioning is necessary but the independent unit is quite noisy. The room is quite small but this is not unusual in Japan for the price you pay but I would not like to stay in this hotel more than one night...It served the purpose though.

Disappointing

The laundry facility is inside men spa room so I had to the laundry by myself as my wife would not want to go in.

Good price, good location

Parking area, they have 2 parking lots, the one next to the building (takes time to park) and the other one is across the road, its really not comfortable in rainy day..

Location to the station

Old and dirty carpets in the corridors. I had a stained duvet cover. My aircon heating did not work. I had to change to a different room. My replacement room was opposite the elevators as oppose to the original one at the end of the corridor. This new room was very noisy. Staff were prejudiced towards me because they did not believe I could be a Japanese citizen as I am not Asian. Staff in the restaurant treated guests like cattle by ordering people what to do. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt. It appears this hotel has seen better days and it is not be well maintained. The only good bits are its central location and that breakfast is inclusive. It would nevertheless avoid staying here. You can can better deals elsewhere.

Breakfast is not bad.

I've noted "a quiet room on top floor and not next to the elevator" before and they offered us a room on the 3rd floor and face to the elevator on the avenue side.The curtains do not block light.

Convenient location to the railway station & good value for money with breakfast included plus a free welcome drink.

Rooms seemed like they were cleaned awhile back and just allowed it to collect dust. I used a few clorox wipes to clean off those surfaces.
