Okura Act City Hotel Hamamatsu

The location is incredibly convenient. The room was very spacious with amazing view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious.

The room, the staff, the location

The same breakfast menu for all the 5 days. After 3rd day, it was a terrifying moment visiting the restaurant.

Superb location next to Shinkansen station. Large sized room for Japanese standard, great city view. Could see Hamamatsu castle from the room. Very comfortable bed. Great staff service. Excellent breakfast of Japanese and Western spread. Even had a Dyson hair dryer in the room! Close to great shopping and restaurants. Onsite parking available.

Customer service is top. The views, from floor 43 are incredible. The beds are really nice and comfortable. Also, the room stayed at a nice temperature, which in some hotels is not always the case. The room was very silent as well.

A 45 floor hotel and they do not have a gym... that's really weird. The breakfast is too expensive, so you better go to have breakfast to the excellent places at the train station. Also, check-in is really late and check-out very early, but that's the norm in Japan.

Large rooms as compared to any other hotel, breakfast and high rise building. Access to Hamamatsu station from hotel second floor.

Location near the station and near shopping. Large room with an amazing view. Generous breakfast buffet. What a perfect way to begin our trip to Japan.

All great!

It was close to the train and bus station. The view from our room was amazing. The breakfast was good.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Hamamatsu! The staff was kind and professional, and the check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable — everything I needed for a restful night. The location was convenient too, close to public transport and local restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Hamamatsu!

Great location being so close to the train station and shopping centre.Large room, great breakfast and service.

The beds were hard, furniture in the room was dated being old and dark and had standard lamps.Due for a revamp.

Nice range of Japanese/Asian and Western Styles... Good thankyou!

Carpark was a nightmare to navigate... Luckily I am a little Bi-lingual and can speak / read some japanese.

close to train station and close to Shopping area

the room was very small.

Staff very good service.

Hotel is in train station and close todepartment store.

Location, comfortable room

A bit tired, and although probably the best hotel in Hamamatsu not great value for money.

Nice large rooms with great view. Short stroll to train station.

There was a really long line for check in, and it took some time for them to call more staff to assist with front desk. Unfortunately the pool facilities were not available (guessing under maintenance?).

Breakfast was amazing. Hotel was very clean and quite. Very close to the metro station. Amazing city view.

It could be ironing service for a great hotel like this. I got the iron and table but i prefer to get a service for ironing.

The staff was so friendly and the room are clean everyday. Location is very convenient because it was close to the mall.

Very clean and friendly staff. Fast check in and out .

Very convenient location - very close to the train station! Yummy breakfast, large rooms, very clean, and great views

Nice hotel with parking availability. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is also very good, but be there 45 min before closing time ;) (like in all of Japan)

Incredible breakfast, both European and Japanese. Incredible views from the hotel, and incredible detail in the hotel decoration: all music themed.

Nothing, it was perfect.

location was great, amazing view, service was good

have to pay for gym and pool usage, it does not come free with the hotel room
