Pros +
- Location is Great , Staff are kind and very helpful. Smiling all the time.
- We always try to choose a place not far from the train station and this met it.A couple of doors down and across the street was this Japanese restaurant whose food was totally great and very inexpensive!
- The Y500 brekkie and proximity to the station were a huge bonus
Cons -
- Considering the price offered and service of the staff and that it fits my need to have a nice sleep at night. I can sit say except the facilities are a little bit old.
- i accidentally booked a smoking room so be careful to check for that, and it was very far from the river (~45m walk) which is where the main attraction of the town really is
- Bathroom was a bit small

Great location for continuing to Oigawa railway the next day . The room was nice and clean.
Bathroom was a bit small
Disappointing
Because of rain, our bathroom's ventilator was very noisy because of the ceiling was leaking. However, the staffs didn't make any refund to the defective room or didn' t change to the normal room. They just said I don't know English and you already paid for the room so no refund. Annoying memory. Also the elevator was leaking.... They didn't put " don't use" sign on the elevator. Really dangerous.
location is good
quite aged property, a little bit smoky air on floor, lots of scratching and marks on facility and wall papers
Didn’t have breakfast at hotel
The room entrance was very secluded and it was a bit of a trouble bringing my bicycle in. But manageable
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
