Pros +
- Location, cleaning, staff and ambience. Overall all good
- Close to the station, clean and comfortable room, helpful friendly staff, and breakfast included. We didn't use the laundry, but there were two washers and dryers Everything you need for a night stop.
- The bathroom was very clean. 2 minute walk from Kakegawa station. Breakfast was included, not big but sufficient.
Cons -
- Everything met expectations
- Rooms were small but expected. We had to get 2 rooms for our family of 4, but the hotel accommodated is by having our rooms beside each other. Beds were a bit hard.
