EN HOTEL Hamamatsu

Room lights were good, temperture was maintained.

HOtel amenites were not enough

Hotel is easy to find, clean and comfortable. We arrived on New Year's Eve, so nothing was opened around it.

It was really cold and windy that night when we arrived and we had to park the car about 300m walk away and had to pay for it.

The location is very convenient to the train station and local eateries.

The beds were a bit small in the twin room, and I would have liked to know the dimension of the bed prior to booking, to know that we could have been more comfortable in a twin room. Also the pillows were a little too soft, so some extras would have been nice to adjust for personal comfort.

We were able to leave our bags there prior to check in. Excellent on-site laundry facilities. Great location.

The reception was always full.Reception staff attitude.

A bit old style - clean room so good overnight stay but simple and aged look.

Could use a renovation / make over. Had an old house smell. Would be good if restaurant was included.

A short walk from the train station and 7/11 and restaurants around within a min or two. Great location.Very compact and tidy room. Very basic - a coffee station by the reception was a nice touch- help your self.

It can be quite loud outside from street. I had a few loud cars drive past and some road work was going. So it was quite noisy did not effect to sleep ? the room got quite hot over night.

Great location, though some slight noise from the nearby train lines. Very comfortable room, nice bathroom. Free coffee available in reception area.Self serve laundry on site at reasonable cost.

Would have been 10 out of 10 if the room had a safe.

Wish can offer either a city map or a map just around the hotel area (but the staff have tried, they could not provide any)

The hotel is very conveniently located near the station, several different restaurants are available in the vicinity.

I am aware of the fact that it is a business hotel, but the room was extremely small, you could almost hear it yelling "DON'T RELAX!". The toilet was so small that I had to sit in an angle and close the door after sitting down. The worst thing however was the temperature control. You cannot cool down but only heat further up, the window can't be opened. For someone who likes stale air at a room temperature of 25°C or more this might be OK but for me it was hell.

I liked the interior decoration, minimalist with neutral colors, I loved the powerful hairdryer.

there was a lack of communication network, so we could connect at reception. I didn't like that employees knock on your door 15 minutes before checkout

Old room.

Great location near train station. Standard business hotel configuration but with a small lounge. Coffee available downstairs but no meal options.

Only very minor comments, e.g not the best sound proofing as we could hear others in rooms next door. Would have liked some coffee available in the room.

Facilities were limited but for an overnight stay it was ok. Staff were friendly helpful and had reasonable English speaking.

Budget friendly. Great location, just a few minutes from Hamamatsu south exit, hotel looks new and rooms are cozy!There’s also a coffee machine on the lobby, love the free refills! I would definitely go back!

Near to train station. Staff changed room when requested due to noisy air con. Have pulled out sofa chair but it does not fold out level that can be used.

Room and bed rather small for two persons. Air-conditioning noisy and poor ventilation. Changed room also have noisy air con. Air outside cooler than room. Not much of view as was on 5th floor. Very limited space to open luggage for 2 people.

I loved the huge twin beds, they were super comfy and we slept like babiesthe design is also nice and very clean

bathroom is quite cramped compared to the huge room, also not as clean as expected

good location, easy access to train station and shops. right next to train rails but was not too noisy to sleep
