Rooms and bathroom are too small.

Staff was very kind and gave us good informations.It was nice Loco welcome Drinks.When I needs Amenities, I can pick up anytime at lobby.Location was excellent. Very close from all of the places.Hotel is offering for bicycle but all of the places are walking distance.

We were only looking for a cheap one-night stay, but this place far exceeded our expectations. For the price, the value is outstanding. We had a small tub, free bath powders from the hotel, complimentary drinks, plenty of good restaurants nearby, and the station is just a three-minute walk away. would definitely want to come stay again.

Nothing at all

Very close to Shimizu station (2 minute walk) and accessible with my big suitcase. Staff was really nice and they had a good system for tea, coffee, clean towels and pajamas.

Thin walls so my last night was a bit tough when a snoring neighbour arrived to the room next to me.

Location was stellar! Just a short walk around the corner from the Shimizu Train Station. Plenty of restaurants nearby and an Aeon grocery store one block away. The hotel offered complimentary umbrellas for rainy day use. The room was one of the largest we had booked for our stay and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great value for the price paid. The buffet breakfast was simple, but was included in the price of our room when we booked, so can't complain. There were Japanese and Western options. We were lucky enough to have a clear day the day after the first snow of the year on Mt. Fuji. This shot was from the Shizuoka train station.

The only issue we had was the step up to and down from the bathroom was a bit high and could be scary at night. My sister and I have 60 year old knees, so that may have added to that issue.

Great solutions for families. Comfy, clean and quiet.

Super friendly staff, we arrived early and they are able to deposit our luggages, then we rent bicycles for free to explore the city and came back to check in later. The bike ride was one of the best experiences we had in Japan! Free welcome alcohol bar is a plus. They also have on site coin laundry, really convenient.

Conveniently located hotel with spacious rooms. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel needs renovation. The room furniture and beds need updating. Though it is not a critical issue, it is still reasonably comfortable.

I didn't feel safe after I went out for a walk before sunrise. I felt like the room was haunted.

Great breakfast, room is not too small with full amenities. Close to JR Shimizu station and shopping, food and convenience stores are around.

The hotel is on a busy street, so there is a feeling of exhaust fumes and noise from cars.At night, police cars or ambulances pass by and make a loud siren noise.When we arrived there was no parking even though the parking fee was 1000 yen per day. We could barely get our luggage out of the car

Relaxing atmosphere with the complimentary drinks at hotel lobby in the evening is definitely value added. The location is excellent.

Didn't aware car park spaces have to registered in hotel website after booking confirmed. A bit complicated.

A cozy hotel, small room, but clean, with cozy matress. Really had a good sleep in the windy night. Reception staff was friendly. Good location, just a few minutes by walk from the JR station.

The facilities were great, free bike to use, bathroom amenity bar. It was close to the station but very quiet. Bathroom was nice and modern.

The room I stayed in smelt damp and a little mouldy and the air ventilation above the bed showed obvious signs of previous or continuous dampness. Could have used an extra lamp or brighter bulb.

The free beverages in the lobby in the evenings was a fantastic addition. The staff were always very helpful, accomodating and enthusiastic.
