Stayed for one night to break up the trip from Hiroshima to Tokyo. Was a lovely hotel with a bar on the top floor. The views from the room were great and right next to the train station was a bonus. The rooms were spacious and had absolutely everything you need. The beds were comfortable too.

The services of front desk is very good , especially Mr. ITO 伊藤。 He was very patient to solve our problems and presented professional. Thank you. I will book this hotel again next time.

The hotel is very close to the station and the view is so good. The staffs are very polite.

The Christmas tree was taken down on Christmas day night. I know Japan doesn't know how to celebrate Christmas but that was very disappointing.

A very well maintained hotel across the street from the train station. The corner deluxe twin room had an amazing panoramic view of Shizuoka. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent (ice cream in three flavors!!!)

Extremely well appointed hotel, conveniently located close to the Shizuoka Station, the transport hub, shops and eateries.

I liked the hotel's convenient location (right next to the train station with all possible shopping and snack options). A typical Japanese business hotel of this type with all its pros and cons. I liked the well-kept rooms and polite staff (this is standard in Japan).

There is nothing that I didn't like. Just one thing for anyone planning to stay in a Japanese hotel: bring an adapter from your type of power plug to the Japanese one.

Really convenient location next to Shizuoka station. Rooms were spacious and clean. Lots of amenities were supplied.
