Good location good room

The hotel gave us just 1 pillow per person, it would be great if they provide 2 per person like the other hotel

Excellent location - just minutes walk away from bus/train station!

hotel could not issue invoice/receipt for the rooms! given reason that the hotel has not received payment from booking.com..

Unfortunately, when I stayed the hotel was under renovation and the road outside was having night works. While the hotel renovations weren't a big deal they did limit access to certain services, sadly I was able to hear to the road works from the room I was allocated which impacted my rest. As I can only rate based on my short stay, take my rating with a grain of salt.

Location and value. Decent size room for such a low price.

Breakfast was modest but adequate and well priced. The hotel is very well located, parking was easy, and the room spacious and tidy.Being above a convenience store was a plus.

The location was excellent, very near to the train station.

However some of the rooms could do with a refurbishment as it was showing its age.

Staff were so friendly and accomplished. Most staff spoke English which made it easy to check in. Bed was bigger than most we had come across in Japan.

Beautiful breakfast, traditional Japanese, served at the restaurant on the group floor, for a ridiculous low price (1,200 jpy).

Rooms a little small but expected as this is the usual Japanese standard. Using the laundry machines were challenging as some other users left their laundry in for a while after complete which was unfortunate but not the hotels issue

Bed was a little hard

The location is really convenient, close to train and bus stations and big department stores.

The room seem a bit crowded and the toilet/bath old. The content of the breakfast almost never changed and too crowded at times with food trays empty.

The hotel was in the center of Hamamatsu. The staff was friendly. Room clean and comfortable

The staff responsible for a parking couldn't talk much in English, so sometimes it was diifult to understand specifics of leaving the car on automatic, multi-story parking lot.

The location is good - right next to the JR Station and above a Family Mart.

The reception staff were a bit rude, very unusual for Japan. The building is very dated and we found our room rather uncomfortable with wallpaper ripped down the walls, brown stains across the bathroom walls with other people’s hair everywhere. It was almost as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all, but we arrived late and were leaving early so didn’t bother to discuss with reception at the time. It was also VERY loud next to the station.

Nice hotel. Very modern. Staff are great. Location is good, just s few minutes walk from the train station.

The bed was very hard

The location (right nearby Hamamatsu station), facilities and ambinace was exceptional. There was no need to mention about cleanliness as Japan is next in it. Breakfast was exceptional too.

The location is perfect.. 2 min walk to center and JR station.. quite busy city.. and loved my walk to the dunes and have stroll on top of the dunes and beach.. seriously nice to be away from people once in a while

It's a budget hotel of Daiwa Roynet.. need some updating.. and the most annoying thing is in all their hotels.. is that elevator always stops at the reception. So, like me staying on the 3rd floor it's a pain in the ...
