The bathroom was also in the entrance, but it was immediately after the door, giving no space to walk around.The futon wasn't the most comfortable, but ok.

the electricity power pole is right next to room window...so close!! and the first night was given into a smoking room.. well, the room rate/price explains what i get. Fortunately front desk clerk willing to switch another room from 2nd night.
Extremely close to the train station.Was in close proximity to convenience stores as well.A good place to base yourself in if you want to visit Miho No Matsubara Park.Room for 3 was spacious enough. Had ample space for luggage and a dedicated area to hang our clothes!Also offered free toiletries at the hotel lobby.Helped to keep our luggage when we checked out to explore the nearby area.
Hotel lobby is a little old, but nothing much other than that.
Next to the train station and the seafood harbour/market.They provided free coffee and tea in the evening.The reception team was helpful.

It is very close to the station and bus stops. Very convenience to go around the sightseeing spots around Shimizu-ku as well as nearby Shizuoka city center.
It’s like 2 minutes walking from Shimizu Station. Located in good and strategic place. Room is ok. We only stay for a night. There’s a parking available but you need to leave the car key with the staff. Staffs are nice, helpful and professional.

The staff were accommodating, convenient as close to shops, restaurants and the train station.
There was a bit of moldly/dirt in the pillow on the one of the rooms we stayed at and the fridge was not turned on when we got there. Would be nice if it was on as we had some food and drinks that needed to be in the fridge.

Our room was exactly in front of the train station, we could hear the trains and the announcements the entire night … our room was maybe far away from the Wi-Fi, but it was not working and very slow . Cleaning could be better ..
Very near the train station and bus terminal. I really like that there is a water cooler in the lobby. Room wasn't that old. Aircon's temperature can be set individually. Able to get an extra pillow.
No explanation regarding amenities bar nor welcome drink. Hallway of room was cramp and squeezy. No hand soap at sink. Wifi connection drops sporadically.

It was raining when i arrived early with nowhere to go. Conceirge allowed me to check in slightly earlier once the room was ready.It is super close to Shimizu station (good seafood at shimizu port)
