Paid a discount and it was totally worth it. Close to the train station and shopping. Free breakfast.
The hotel is close to Hamamatsu station - 3mins walking distance. The facility is maintained well and convenient. The staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfast is healthy and tasty.
The room is a little too compact.
Great location, staff were lovely helpful. Baggage storage area very organised with self lock. Clean rooms. Lots of breakfast options.
The check in auto machines, always like a personal check in.
Decent breakfast. Excellent location - walkable to Station. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Small room, but that was expected. A little clunky auto-check-in process. Online or app-based option might have been better.
Staffs, comfortable of rom and great breakfast
We have stayed at this particular branch of the Comfort Hotel chain many times. The rooms are compact and basic, but the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the library area in the lobby is a great meeting place. It is also possible to leave baggage in a secure area before check-in and after check-out. We have always enjoyed our stays here.
Honestly speaking, nothing. For the price we pay, this hotel is excellent value.
Helpful staff, amazing in communication. A nice staff called a retail shop to ask some questions for us in Japanese and translated. Healthy and various breakfast options. Fresh juice, fruit and salad, pastries, milk and cereals, eel rice (famous dish in Mamahatsu)
It would be better if there is humidifier in the room
Very conveniently located. the rooms are clean and comfortable and offers good space for luggage. Breakfast was wonderful and starff helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to everyone!
Parking spaces are lacking but the hotel offered an affiliated parking station across the road as an option at a very affordable price.
No frills place. Clean and very close to the train station. Complimentary breakfast was a buffet spread. We enjoyed our stay.
