location is very good for food and drink as the heart of entertainment area

staff are friendly and the room size is resonable

Room size was larger than most typical hotel rooms of similar price range, space enough to exercise!

Air con units made occasional loud buzzing noises outside my window, fixed quickly the next day quite!

Excellent location for places to eat, and public transport.Very good breakfast.

Spacious room, good location, exceptional breakfast

The two elevators were always busy and there was no option to use the stairs, even if I was just at the third floor. Not a big issue, but a bit annoying

Hotel's location is great for the city exploration, right in the city center, not far from airport/sightseeing buses' stops. But the immediate neighbourhood is weird - looks like an entertainment district with plenty of adult clubs (still, the street is surprisingly quiet). The entrance/reception decor is somewhat bizarre, too, but the rooms are standard and ok. They include all the necessary amenities and are not tiny. The place is clean.

No boiled egg, no fried egg, no fruits

Hotel is cheap and in a great location. The bathroom features a separated shower and toilet. It is also a large bathroom. The bed was comfy and the room size was okay for a solo traveler. The hotel is also located right next to the Tenmonkan area.

The bathroom is in desperate need of a makeover. It is quite dated and it shows it's age in many places. In particular the shower, the doors are stained with black mold and the plastic on the taps and shower head are all peeling.

Excellent inexpensive choice in Kagoshima. Mostly business men or elderly Japanese, very quiet at night. Japanese breakfast. Staff attentive and willing to use a translation programme if I couldn’t be understood. Close, walkable to Sakurajima Ferry.

Clothes washing machines and microwave were next to the cigarette smokers capsule, so not usable during my stay.

Good value for the price. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom was relatively big. It was the standard three-star hotel.

The smoker's area is right next to the laundry room, so the laundry area had a very strong smell of cigarettes and my clothes picked a up a little bit of the smell.

The room and attached bathroom were surprisingly spacious for a business hotel. The location is great to access restaurants and shopping.

Disappointing

Can't park into the parking even when arriving at 5 pm, not enough internet bandwidth so that you can't even go to Google.com... I'm not asking much in a business hôtel: a bed, a shower, and internet, it was too much for this hôtel ??

Big room, friendly staff, best washing machine. In Kagoshima city center, plenty of restaurants, bars and convenience stores around the hotel. Very quiet. WiFi works great. Small lobby with couches to lounge or work.

Modern and minimalist. Plenty of space to put your stuff on the desk as it's not cluttered with bulky tv. Great location, with donquijote just a block away. Several restaurants within walking distance. Best of all, the bathroom is the same level as the bedroom ie. No need to step up/down when going to the toilet or shower.

Location is great, good value for money and the room was spacious.

Room was a little bit too hot, even with the air conditioning on.

Good location, easy to get by tram. Comfortable bed, fair sized room, good shower, breakfast included. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful

The fittings were a bit dated. My husband noticed some noise in the night but I didn’t hear it. No muesli at breakfast but otherwise good breakfast

The hotel was a great value for the price. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious for Japan. Everything was clean and the staff offered great service. The person in charge of the parking was exceptional!!!

When booking, we didn't realize that the hotel was located in the heart of the "red light district". There were so many "girl bars" surrounding it. We went to bed quite early, so it wasn't an issue. But it could be one for young families.

Good location, amenities and room size. The bathroom reminded me of gym like showers x) but its wide and nice. I had breakfast once and it was nice, many options there. The staff helped me call a taxi to take me to the port, very helpful. Location is top notch, in the middle of nightlife streets.

Well, when I originally asked for a cancellation, they said no , I was unable to receive a refund. However when I checked in, one of the staff that helped me check in said that the Hotel was able to extend my stay for another night and that i didnt have to pay. This made me really happy! However , another staff member came to help him, and he then said I needed to pay, which was very confusing to me. I didnt want to pay again, so I said I would find another hotel.Overall the bed was comfy, however the furniture and amenities were extremely dated. The shower and bathroom was uninviting, which made me not want to shower.
