It was at a convenient location. There were food and shops nearby. Don Quijote is just across the road!Breakfast was extravagent too.

As we drove, finding the affiliated parking places was a bit trickyThe extravagent breakfast is a double-edged sword, it was very nice, but the number of tables was very limited. So you might need to wait awhile for your turn.

The staff were so kind and helpful, there was always somebody there to answer my questions. Location was also close to most major attractions. The airport shuttle is just down the street

The cleanliness of the room. The shower was moldy and had thick hard water build up. The towels were stained which i did ask for new ones and they brought them right away, but the next day when I got new towels with the cleaning service those ones were also stained. There was a mysterious white stain on the black leather bed surround　 and all the pillows that you could take from the common area were covered in other people's hair... if the cleaning was better this place would be a 10/10.

Great location close to the harbour, lots of restaurants, parks, shopping and sightseeing around. Parkind was available just around the corner of the bulding with a special Hotel Rate. The room is small but functional, modern and clean. We had a great stay.

Checked in at night on March 15th. I was alone in the room and felt unwell and needed an ambulance to the hospital. I called the front desk staff for help. The staff told me that there was no ambulance and no hospital had one. Later, I asked a Japanese friend for help and successfully got an ambulance. The staff at the front desk was very passive in the emergency situation. They ignored the emergency life rescue. It was very bad.

The exterior and lobby areas make the hotel seem very upscale and stylish. The hotel is also located in a great area right in the heart of Kagoshima downtown, with easy access to the trams and buses.

The layout of the shower booth rooms is not good. The bathroom is on the end of the room where the window is located. So in order for natural light to get in, there is a window into the shower booth. The shower room walls and windows are covered in mould and rust and was generally unpleasant.

Great location, a short distance walk to Tenmonkan. That being said, the room was very quiet. The room had a big shower and great amenities in the room (more that you could’ve asked/paid for from the front desk).

The downtown location in Kagoshima Tenmonkan area was very convenient.

The room was on the small side but was relatively inexpensive. This wasn't an issue as we got in late and only stayed overnight before moving to an apartment for a few nights, but could be claustrophobic for a longer stay. We were 2 adults in a twin room, perhaps there are larger rooms.

Convinient location being on Tenmonkan main street for buses and trams around Kagoshima. Airport bus stop just a couple minutes walk away. Main train station 15-20min walk. Staff friendly, entrance is modern although have to go up to lobby which is on third floor. Room was small but clean.

Amienties could include earplugs for the city noise, although this is very small point.

Room had its wear and tear noticeable. Due to New Year's holidays, facilities (like much needed laundry) were unavailable, but not prior information was available.

This hotel is located in the main business district of Kagoshima. The hotel is very well maintained and room facilities are new and stylish. The bathroom is very spacious and is segregated by functions. The tea bags offered by the hotel are highly recommended. It is directly opposite to Donki Quote, and in close proximity to a shopping mall and Tenmonken shotenkai. I would pick this hotel again if I happen to visit Kagoshima again.

Room size is slightly small, however, not a big issue.

The buses and trams were right outside.

There were only 3 options to choose from for breakfast and the room was a bit crammed.

Just WOW! Futuristic theme and design, using black color as main theme is rare, but it present nicely in this hotel, staffs, room comfy, cleanness, all are great. It located at tenmonkan, hottest shops and restaurants just around you, and it worth for the money.
