Location is good

Mold and dirty floor in the bathroom, breakfast isn’t good

Bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Good location with easy access to airport shuttle

Clean, friendly staff, good location on the Main Street. Airport bus drop off across the road.

Clean and bright rooms. Property is near to many shops, restaurants and shopping centres, truly convenient.

Overall very happy with value and location.Large beds in the family room.Amenities could be picked up in the lobby, such as razors, bath salts etc.

The breakfast was in the building next door. It may have been due to not many guests were in the breakfast area, that the selection was varied, but amount of food of each type was perhaps less than expected. But it prevents food loss, I guess.

Great location with lots of shops and restaurant around. There is a bus and tram station nearby. The room was spacious (for Japan's standard)

Only a single elevator for several floors, which makes going out/back to your room infuriatingly long.The ac is very strong, so we couldn't use it during nights.

Very convenient and modern. The reception area had a comfortable lounge with thoughtfully arranged beverages and bath salts to bring to your room.

Noisy at night. Rooms so small there wasn’t space for two people to open out their luggage.

Location, neat and clean room.

Only one lift. Staff had difficulty communicating on how the affiliated parking works. We ended up spending more than 30 minutes trying to understand each other using Google translate. We had also messaged the hotel in advance (the first was 4 months in advance)of our trip to check on the address of the affiliated parking spot but received no responses despite repeated reminders. Took us a lot of detective work to find out the location of the parking spot!

Super centrally located in Tenmonkan. Easy to get to any location from the hotel either by tram, bus, or walking. Rooms were comfortable. Awesome view of sakurajima from the rooms.

Bathrooms and rooms were a bit small. It was a tight side step between the wall and first bed to get to the inner bed.

The check in was done without me being present.As main guest i found this very concerning.Other hotels didnt allow this without the person who has booked and paid.A travel companion could just check in

Not exactly dislikes; just a few suggestions:➡️ Upgrade/update facilities➡️ Have option to modify booking for emergency purposes/unforeseen circumstances upon check-in

The place is small and the roof is low but its kinda comfy and there is big tv, big bed. And the free bath salts with various salts and seasoning, such as german rock, pink himalayian salt, and epsom salt for fatigue body feels great. I can feel my exhaustion dissipate and the lavender added helped ease my mind with its floral essence . Oh and the usb port was awesome to charge my phone and my switch and my head phones all at the same time.

Its kinda cramped and there is only 1 elevator. Lol but what can you do about space? They make up for it with a higher value, bigger bed, lower cost, better location..

The staff was so kind and always available to help. They became my tour guides and suggested many restaurants and shops to visit. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many restaurants, shops, a supermarket, a bus stop to the airport, a ferry terminal, an aquarium, and the main road of the city. It was very convenient and made it easy to get anywhere

The hotel staff is excellent in service , very caring and considerate. My mother is a wheel chair user, and the room assigned was quite small. I told him our difficulties and he helped us to upgrade to a bigger room free of charge.Thank you very much! We appreciated.

Everything is excellent.

Central location.Easy to find from main train station by bus.Buffet breakfast very good with robot tray cleaner.All reception staff very kind and polite.

Breakfast room was next door, out in to street, only one door though.

very nice room,perfect with kids they loved the bed, many shops, convinis etc.,Tram stop in front of hotel, good breakfast, about 15/20minutes walk to the aquarium (with kids)
