Hotel Mystays Kagoshima Tenmonkan

It was conveniently located and provided a delicious breakfast. They originally had us in a smoking room, but when I showed them my confirmation that showed a non-smoking room they quickly rectified the situation.

The laundry was on the smoking floor.

Location, helpful staff and clean property

I like the room was good and the location is good restaurant is good

Refrigerator is not working pr it’s not operating during our stay and there’s No microwave.

The location. Many restaurants nearby.

Smell of the bathroom. Small room.

The price. Comfortable bed.

Cracked basen. Old building.

The water in the toilet tank was continuously dropping and preventing us from sleep - this is the only minus from us. Otherwise the accommodation was excellent and comfortable. Thanks!

Visited the the hotel for a fifth time. Great staff, great room, great breakfast in a great city.

Our room was on the 4th floor and the sound of flushing water from above was loud and disturbed our rest.

Very modern hotel, a 20 minutes walk away from the Shinkansen station. It's in an area with very lively nightlife in terms of food&drink (and more). The rest of central Kagoshima city is all within walking distance. The facilities are adequate and the place is very tidy. They can hold your luggage for the day of check-in and the rest of the day after checkout.

I would have loved a laundry room in the facilities.

Good breakfast

Small room & toilet. Toilet Cleanliness can be improved

The location and the hamburger restaurant on the first floor.

Bathroom was old and very small. There was no bath mat, and I found hairs here and there -it was not so clean. The hallway was noisy during the night and I could not sleep well.

Great spot. Only Three stops away from the station via the tram. And then a 5-minute walk. The room was great. It was a good size and the bed was comfy and the shower tub sizes perfect. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant down on the first floor in the lobby that you can go to if you don't want to go too far but it's 1500 yen per person. The workers were all really friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I would definitely highly recommend it.

The staff can speak english, there’s a vendo machine and microwave at the floor we’re you stay i like the ambience and very convenient because at the lobby there’s a 7/11

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great location for visiting local bars and restaurants in the centre of Kagoshima. There was always a member of staff at the front desk who spoke fluent English to help us with any queries we had. Additionally there is a family mart attached to the lobby of the hotel for grabbing essentials and snacks.

I like the size of the room and the location near the city train and central location to tenmonkan

Lovation is perfect close to eveyrhing. Room is clean and cozy. Staff was helpful. Price was low. Aircondirion very good.

Room is small but it seems to be the standard in most hotels ive been to in Japan.

The location is great, close to the bars and shops.

The bathroom is kind of old but clean.I can see the pills on the bedsheets.

Fourth time here in the hotel. Always get friendly welcome from the personnel. Nice relaxing room and as usual I enjoy the breakfast there.

It was an Easy walk from the station and an easy walk to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

The Foyer was stylish but the room decor was a little bit dated.

Very central, friendly staff.

The bathroom was not very clean.
