I'm satisfied with everything from the cleanliness of the rooms to the food.

We requested an iron, they did not bring it.

The reception area so eelcomimg, friendly staff, clean hotel, spacious rooms.

I was not aware breakfast was charged separately nevertheless scrumptious breakfast, loved the jam most

Good for a stop between jburg and krugerpark north. Comfortable room, lush garden. We ate a la carte in the restaurant.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, staff at reception were very welcoming, the cleaning ladies were also very friendly. The hotel is exceptionally clean which made my stay very comfortable.

The food at the restaurant was good, however I didn’t like the fact that my waiter was a trainee with nobody to help him. I was patient with him but he kept coming back so many times because things kept going wrong. I waited almost 45mins for my breakfast which made me a bit disappointed because I was hungry. In that time I could’ve just went to the garage across the road to get myself a pie. Also the hotel doesn’t have lifts so as a lady I had to carry my own luggage up the stairs with nobody to help.

Rate should be inclusive of breakfast. Breakfast buffet was a let down. Menu can be improved.

Improvement on the breakfast menu to include chicken. There’s too much pork served during breakfast. For no-pork guests the breakfast becomes too expensive because there’s less provided for them.

The environment is absolutely amazing and relaxing.Extremely spacious and comfortable.The staff is super friendly.The beds were super comfortableI was extremely impressed with the place itself and all in all the place was immaculate.

Room Planned Maintenance, Plumbing, etc NON-Existence

Need to make provision for Queen or King Size beds. Also make provision for COVID-19 sanitation material/accessories in the rooms/passages. please take care of the compliance issues regarding the building (OHSA), particularly the 'escape routes' (fire extinguishers and doors)???

Please make sure that the 'safety' aspect is taken care of, and the hotel MUST COMPLY with ALL the Regulations of the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Have more options on the types of beds and the sizes.
