Vila Business Hotel

We like there because of the location.

This is our second time there since 2012. Rooms are the same as the last time, old. There are two elevators which were both down because of rain leak over the motors. This time I was informed they started an overall renovation so I can't wait to see nex

price was quite ok for a single room. breakfast was good. spacious room.

much to much noise from the street. windows are completely inadequate for reducing street noise.

Good infrastructure and convenient location

A bit noisy during the night as is just in front of the steel melting plant

Big room sizeComfortable bed

Breakfast areaExternal parking

The room itself was really comfortable, the bed and the shower was really good.

The breakfast I didn't like, I didn't see so many options. I also didn't like the internet ( very poor).

Location to my business needs

Noise. walls paper thin. Some towels were not clean

Everything was modern clean and beautiful

You can hear a lot of noise from outside

Service, breakfast, parking

Location was excellent. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff was ok.

They should have a mini-bar in room. By the way, it is possible to take water or some other drink at the reception all night long.

One night stand only

Pillows and mattress are very old and uncomfortable.

Location, price and room

Room a bit noisy due to the traffic of the avenue

Very well located, excelent breakfast, friendly staff, free valet parking, nice room

There was an awful sewage smell into the hallways, we had to block the door gap to prevent the bad smell to get into the room... very annoying.

Great breakfast, spacious room, great location near all kinds of restaurants and bus station.

Broken water faucet

The rooms were very clean and well maintained

The pillows. The pillows are old and flat. I found myself having to take sleeping pills to fall asleep

over all is acceptable.

I had an issue in the bathroom (a Clough in the bath cabin) and even after 3 complains nothing was done.Hotel is price for the quality

Facilities are great and confortable. Staff are very kind and friendly. Pretty good breakfast.

My apartment wasn't clean the way I expected. Found rest of food under the fridge that previously guests left. Also, the apartment wasn't smelling good. Don't know what happened but is something to improve.

Friendly staff, room size, breakfast

Wifi, noise

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and helpful though not everybody speaks English. The price is very low and parking is free of charge. There is a big supermarket and good restaurants at a walk distance from the hotel. As we visited CSN, it is also very close to it.

There are shopping center and a lot of restaurant near the hotel. The facilities and cleaning are really good.

The hotel is near the avenue and a industrie, therefore sometimes the noise is uncomfortable during the day.

Value for money

Very noisy. Too much noise from the steel plant.
