Kochi Hotel

Clean and friendly! Easy to access vending machines on the first floor. Rooms are worth the price.

Some staff are unprofessional. Paid for a parking ticket in the hotel that was useless. Was not immediately given a ticket for breakfast despite having paid for it online.

From check in to check out, everything was A-OK. Staff was attentive and very helpful. Breakfast was a bonus much appreciated. Will definitely stay there again.

No AC, just ionizator cooling device in the room I have been.

Great location for me very near the station. Easy for transport connections and MyYu bus. About 15 minutes walk to castle. The female staff at check in was nice and efficient. Good room with a view of station and mountain backdrop.

Hotel conveniently located downtown, just across train and bus station, with tram stop also nearby. Most attractions are walking distance or just a short bus/tram ride. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable room.

Room is spacious! Staff is friendly, quick check-in and check-out. 15 mins walk to the walking streets. Hotel parking is nice and you can drive in and out during the stay.

Room is not cheap, but food choice at breakfast is very limited and the quality of the food is not that good. Orange juice is mixed with powder! Not nice! Quite disappointed!

Location was perfect, opposite bus and train station but was not aware of any noise from the road or other transport

Location was across from the station so it was convenient and resulted in no extra transportation costs.Room was more spacious than previous single hotel rooms in Tokyo.Shower was great.The nearby tram is good to to the shopping arcade for restaurants.

Convenient location less than 200m from JR Kochi Station. Big bed! Right next to Toyota car rental shop

Great location as it is across from the jr station and only a couple of blocks to the shopping district and restaurants. The breakfast was full of yummy Japanese morning foods.

Friendly staff. Spacious room. Clean. Good location.

Dated room with older carpeting and a stale odor. Thermostat did not work and staff said it only heats the room, does not function as an air conditioner or fan. We had to open the window. The refrigerator was not very cold either.

Great view over Kochi Station for a 4 night stay. Parking for our rental car easy right next door. A full size supermarket 100m away and a Lawson just around the corner.

Maybe it was a little far to walk to Kochi Castle while trying to save energy for everything else we want to do.

The location is close to the train station, bus and street car.
