Pros +
- We overnighted here on our way out to Oboke Gorge. Great location with parking for our car, arranged in advance. The room was very compact, but was clean and had an ensuite. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were typically very friendly and helpful.
- Walkable distance to castle, market and shopping mall.
- Have free laundry. Really nice. The breakfast also nice and healthy
Cons -
- A little bit dirty in toilet curtain
- Black mould made me very sick with a chest infection. Very small room and not clean - lots of hair everywhere!
- The room was dusty and the bathroom had an ammonia-like odor.I asked the staff (woman) where the hotel parking lot is and she said it was already full so just use other parking lots around the area.We moved the car then came back to check in. This time, there was another staff (man) so I asked again where can we park the car and he assisted us to the hotel parking lot (which was not full by the way).

It is rightly recommended that you stay in Kochi. The staff and operation are excellent; prompt response and customer care did a great job.
Nothing special
Hotel staff very helpful, in our second reservation there was a little problem with the type of (double) bed but staff solve it quickly and nicely. Some rooms have balconies or two windows, which makes the room much better. Room service was good.
The semi-double bed can be small and bathroom is a bit cramped.
Nice staff. Good breakfast.
The room smelled very musty and with the power off there is no circulation. I have concerns with how it smelled.
Staff was very helpful and had good smiles.
It was old hotel. We were a group of 3 and had 2-3 devices each. When we were charging battery, it was not enough to plug in. When we turned off main lights, it also turned off other outlets. So we couldn’t charge some devices while we were sleeping. Also toilet tank didn’t fill up water right away. It’s flap didn’t work well. So once we flushed toilet, we opened tank to plug the flap properly. Otherwise we couldn’t flush next time.
clean and safe very comfort

The WiFi was awful. I could hear someone next to my room cough.

totally good, breakfast was exceptionally wonderful!
Good
Breakfast could be vastly improved - I think the western food choice is not very good, I would recommend either reworking the breakfast menu or just serving Japanese breakfast.
